Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

“UN post on the murder of six million Jews forgot to mention Jews”
“The genocide started with apathy & silence in the face of injustice, and with the corrosive dehumanization of the other.
“Today and always, we need to remember this. And we must stand up for our shared humanity.”

Pierre Poilievre recalls it more thoroughly …
Keep in mind, that the gazans didn’t lift a finger to aid the Israeli citizens subject to Hamas’ terror…
“Today, we remember.
We remember the 6 million Jews systematically murdered in Nazi death camps.
We remember the survivors who endured unimaginable starvation and torture.
We remember the most horrific attack against Jews since the Holocaust, on October 7.
We remember our duty to stomp out evil wherever it rears its ugly head and to make Canada a country where Jews are safe to pray, worship, and live a Jewish life without fear.
And we remember our sacred oath: Never Again.”

First and foremost, the Nazis went after Jewish people, but they also killed Gypsies, Poles and other eastern Europeans and finally homosexuals. They were an “equal opportunity” killing machine.
On another note, am I the only person who read the detailed forensic reports of the people killed on October 7, 2023? The evil which was done and which Hamas and the Palestinians delighted in, was truly unbelievable if the forensic scientists had not documented it so well. As far as I am concerned, the Palestinians fooled around and now they are finding out what it is to be “persecuted”.
Hardly equal opportunity. They tried to exterminate other groups besides Jews.
That feminists have lined up with Hamas is maddening.
With so many Nazis being light in the loafers everyone knew who the homosexuals were. Only those that didn’t toe the Party line or complained about enduring chipped teeth ended up in the camps.
I’m told (by vague figures long in the past) that the Nazis didn’t have any specific policy against homosexuals. Homosexuality was a crime in republican Germany, and the Nazis were the party of strong law enforcement; and they were the party of genetic purity, and thus determined to eliminate deviants. So there was adversity, but generally homosexuality was tolerated as long as it didn’t involve any element of pederasty or child abuse. Notoriously, one of the two gay national organizations in Germany had thrown its weight behind the Nazis and had indeed formed the core of the SD, and when Rohm and the SD were slaughtered on the Night of the Long Knives, most of the dead were gay. The other significant death toll involved Christians, most often Lutheran but all kinds, who were charged as pederasts when the Church was crushed, to reduce public sympathy for them. There were always gays making enemies and getting themselves denounced right through Nazi rule, but there doesn’t seem to have been any campaign against them. Gay Nazis, and Christians falsely presented as gay, seem to make up the bulk of the toll.
Hard to assign credibility to someone whose name is P’oo.
In Carney’s speech, this great statesman delivered another Trudeaupean quote for history, right up there with “If you kill your enemies, they win!” Now Carney can enter the historical journals with this quote, “Just as the absence of war is not peace…..”.

Absolutely,… pure,… dead,…. brilliant!… as they used to say in Merry Olde England. I can’t decide which quote is the best perhaps the other one he’ll be fondly remembered for is “Muslim values are Canadian values.”
As much as the Liberals try they are incapable of bringing forth an orator that can come anywhere close to the speeches like “Never in the course of human history…..” or “Four score and seven years…” We poorly blessed Canadians have to content ourselves with drivel like, “Just watch me!” or the best one of all “Fuddle Duddle!”
Carney is the drab old boring version of Justin Trudeau
Same empty rhetoric in a business suit.
You know it would be a real shame if Senator Woo got his picture taken with someone his masters in Peking disapprove of.
“ Persecution of Uyghurs in China:
In a June 2021 statement, Woo opposed a Senate motion to recognize the ongoing persecution of Uyghurs and other Turkic Muslims in China as a genocide”
Commie puke/CCP bootlicker for sure.
This chink wouldn’t have been allowed in if Canada was a just nation.
In a semi-just one, he’d be hanged.
But in post nation devolving into Dystopia, he’s given power and a platform.
Shithole.
Well … the good news is that he didn’t mention Anne Frank
L – If Liberal P.M., who admired China for their basic dictatorship, were to appoint this man to the Senate be a sign of beginning a change in Canada’s strategic partnership? Before P.M. Trudeau and P.M. Carney, Canada had a long term strategic partnership: NORAD.
It refers to Air Defence, not ground defence. I expect someone in the current administration will suggest that be added. But it may be, too late. A valid contract requires both parties to be acting in good faith.
