Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Closest thing I’ve seen to a factual documentary in a long, long time.
Dear Canada,
Yawn.

Not a particulary apt metaphor. I think Canadians are well aware of the risks.
At any rate, the good ship America is negotiating icebergs of its own. They are scrambling to ensure that the rest of the world continues to buy its debt. It doesn’t help that much of the international community thinks the US is being running by a three year old in an eighty year old body.
