  2. For the record, that’s not my Bushmills™️ drink of choice in the young man’s hand. I checked in this moment to be certain and we here’s are a step up from whatever that is.

    The “I don’t even know why” plea seems common in certain groups of people, I can’t explain it aside from the possibility of their minds being so disassociated from what they’ve done as to believe their innocence. His minor face tattoos indicate his involvement in prior activities as well.

    It’s definitely not the first time I’ve heard that plea of innocence.

    Maybe he’s a bit grossed out as to whatever he’s done to the body too. I’m not guessing as to what that’s all about.

In about 1980, the general area of north central Regina (the city which rhymes with “fun”) became much more violent, I recall being punched out regularly in my teens prior to those years, but either it all became a lot more vicious or I became much more pain intolerant and never returned to “north central” …
      StatsCan says it all increased, higher rates though the 1980’s peaking in 1992.

    2. I just guessed Bushmills by the size/shape of the bottle. I enjoy a nice sip of Bushmills from time to time … so I’m glad to hear that is something else.

    3. He was likely blessed with FASD and a crack addiction out of the womb. So there’s that. Plus he likely didn’t have parental figures in his life that: a. cared for him and b. taught him right from wrong.

      A prime example of people (his parents, not Indians as a whole) that should not be having children and yet they breed rapidly.

      1. I worked for a cleaning company in Calgary and quickly moved up to office manager. One of the young women had a Aboriginal boyfriend with FASD. He was in and out of prison repeatedly because of poor impulse control. He was always released early because he was a good prisoner with the boundaries set in prison (now we get up, now we have breakfast, now we work, now we exercise – time management by the prison). Sadly, they both died of drug overdoses by the age of 25.
        I once read (and correct me if I am wrong) but that the average age of death for aboriginal men was between 40-45 and the average age of death for women was 50-55. This is the average, some DO make it past this but all of the child deaths and young adults’ deaths push the average down.

  4. I have days like that myself. Not being from one of the pet demographics of the Libranos, though, I have had to acquire the…what do they call it these days? Yes…the “self-regulation skills” to restrain myself till they pass.

    My last supervisor was a Han Chinawoman who had never mastered English, who knew far less about how our processes worked than I did, and only got a management post because she was the former Girl Friday turned Oriental fantasy in the flesh of some bigshot with yellow fever. “Wuhan Sue” happened to be from the city where the CCP’s experiment in biological warfare began. For her part, Sue probably harmed my mental and physical health more than the pandemic did.

    Sue did all in her power to try to get me fired because I wasn’t Han Chinese and wouldn’t kowtow to Sue or give her exactly what she thought she wanted without argument, no matter how obviously it was a waste of time or counterproductive before I quit of my own accord. Management couldn’t even fire her for increasingly obvious incompetence, for fear of being accused of Sinophobia and costly lawsuits.

    The things I dreamt of doing to Sue with a golf club or baseball bat would curl your hair.

    But this being Canada, if Sue herself had finally lost it and attacked *me* with a blunt instrument, and I’d harmed a hair on the head of a Han Chinese princess in self-defense, I’d be the one who’d have gone down for years to come. Even if she’d livestreamed the whole thing like Kobe Fiddler did.

    So my realistic choices were harming Sue, harming myself, or leaving before I did one or the other. So I left, another highly-skilled White man driven out of the formal labour force by a middle manager from an untouchable protectef minority.

    At least I had that option. “Diversity, equity and inclusion” indeed. Sue only really got along with young Han Chinese who would jump when Sue said hop. She would have hired no one else if allowed to. As it was, she never took her other non-Han minions seriously. Needless to say, they hated her too. You can imagine the impact that had on morale—and productivity. The non-Han minions were sad to see me go, but they understood. They’d have followed me out if they could.

    Mind you, for Kobe, who’s probably never had an honest job and probably was never going to lead a useful, productive life thrive outside a closed institution, prison will probably be a step up, offering free room and board for years to come. So he had nothing to lose.

    People do the right thing when they face adequate incentives to do the right thing, and to not do the wrong thing. The consequences of doing what I dreamt of doing to Sue were severe enough that I never seriously considered doing it.

    Nothing was ever going to make Kobe adhere to some minimum acceptable level of good behaviour short of a credible threat of death if he couldn’t or wouldn’t do so—and judging from his thirst for booze, expecting even that level of good judgment was probably expecting too much.

    Gangsta culture justified via Post-Modernism and anti-colonialism is a deadly ideology.

    There is nothing so crippling as low expectations and low standards, It’s inhumane.

    1. The racist judges won’t protect the victims of native violence. They won’t punish the victimizers creating a whole class – murdered and missing Indian women. It ain’t whitey doing most of it.

  6. Inbred, FAS , low quotient dirt bags, slowly breeding themselves out of existence. If we had had the right to defend ourselves we could shorten the time to extinction by a couple of generations.
