Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Dumb shark, lawyers are supposed to be treated with professional courtesy. Though considering it released her, the taste must have gotten the message across.
These are all FAFO. They’re influencers, shark will consider them empty calories.
My next band, Short Sharp Shark. We really jump!
You’d think a nurse shark would latch on somewhere else, eh?
Next do grizzly bears.
Well… All I can say is “AAAAAAAAAAAAA-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!” Or as the bromide goes:
“You’re freaking-out about shark attacks now? Did you know COWS kill more people every year than sharks?”
” – I didn’t know cows kill ANY sharks…”
Sharks are naturally curious and they don’t have hands.
So when they encounter something in their environment that they don’t understand, they will often try to grab hold of it to try to figure out what it is.
Unfortunately their lack of hands means that they only thing they can grab with is their mouth, which is often full of sharp teeth.
The safe thing to do in stark waters is try not to attract their attention or arouse their curiosity.
There are a few shark researchers who know how to approach sharks in the water, and who have actually developed a rapport with some individual sharks, including great whites. But they’ve been doing it for years, decades even. It’s probably not a good idea to try to emulate them…the learning curve is steep and unforgiving.
It took me years to become a shark bubbler. I set out to become a shark whisperer, but in the circumstances…
