An observational comic who was very popular as a newspaper columnist in the 1990s, faded into obscurity, published some Peter Pan fanfic by exploiting a tenuous family connection to the original author, and who now pops up occasionally doing a credible Snake Plissken impression.
The raccoon story was funny, but after that he just got all leftist whiny Orange Man Bad. Barry has too much respect for his own work.
