    1. He’s stated some very interesting things with regards to those Russian funds held by Euroclear. I tend to agree with him in general, and in a lot of particulars. I do tend to agree with him that the money has already been spent/allocated; now their playing a shell game (and a side benefit for them of getting rid of the unanimity vote within the EU).
      Be an interesting thought experiment to put up his comments with the news about that new “Defense Bank” the EU/NATO/Commonwealth wants to set up in Canada.

      Things are starting to break apart — dangerous times ahead.

    2. He’s the second person today who I’ve heard heavily blaming the Brits for all bad things (ABT). As if the US wasn’t involved the Maidan “colour revolution” or had CIA posts on the Russian border? Or the Brits, alone throughout history, invented the Divide-and-Rule approach to politics.

    Not to restart a fight here on this board, but the NATO chief (and France’s Macron and the UK’s defense minister) have been beating war drums in the last few days.I must object to this, since these three fellows — all part of the Eurocrat establishment — are telling people to prepare for war. Both France’s and Britain’s military have become seriously weaker under Eurocrat leadership, but now they beat the war drums.

    Please do not flame me, but I am a pro-democracy person who follows Karl Popper’s The Open Society and Its Enemies teachings. So I oppose Vladimir Putin. But more and more Putin is becoming trapped: Much of YouTube commentary (not Canada’s media cartel) have been discussing Russia’s mega-prohlems with its economy and its deteriorating difficulties on the Ukrainian front. But Putin trapped is dangerous.I suspect if things get worse for Russia he might introduce tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine. Today is like Europe in 1913 before WW1.

      1. I agree that Putin has never threatened nuclear points. Two points. One, Russia has kept its small theater nuclear weapons, whereas the West has not. So the possibility of using them is there, and perhaps Putin would use them as a surprise — say if he felt cornered. Second, Ukraine has already suffered what is a small nuclear bomb, the Chernobyl disaster. The poor working slugs back then suffered the terrible effects of it. Trump is certainly right trying to end this war.

    I just had Firefox crash for the last time and have given up on it since it wiped out everything. Firefox had become quite a memory hog too.

    2. The claim is that it is part of Treaty 5, not every band gets this. Also, it sounds like there was housing provided in the past, it just wasn’t maintained. I’d suggest that home maintenance classes be given before the keys are handed over, otherwise in 30 years the bands will be in the same situation they are in today.
