  1. reminiscent in my very early days working at a university mainframe computer room.
end of budget year looms and users submit same deck of cards over and over as many times as possible to burn up the remnants of tht years budget so as to not be told THIS year’s will be adjusted downward since ‘they obviously dont need it’.
thatg was 50 years ago. l still think its all poppycock to do that but what do l know?

  2. Proper budgeting order should involve taking the past 11 months of spending, and using that as the baseline, to eliminate the last month spend-a-thon.

It would also have the effect of reducing government spending to 11/12ths of the previous year.

Move it back one money each year for the 4 years of the government, and you might be looking at some savings.

Of course that will never happen as long as the liberals continue to burn down Canada via printing money.
