The “Community Zone”? Sounds like the “Twilight Zone” with taxes…
Stamps have this “zone”. Took the kids, with water pistols, they had fun.
The last thing citizens need is more government involvement in ANYTHING. A government that projects building homes at a cost of $3.25 million EACH.
And those will be small, simple structures, not the average new house. They will be built on land already owned by the feds, so no land acquisition costs. Development cost charges (streets, sidewalks, utilities) would be the only stuff to pay for outside the house.
Someone will be making a lot of money here.
