I suspect the magnus opus by Robinson is attempted cover for the select grouping he posted it to. It would not surprise me to learn that the members of that private Discord are, also, the parties that posted harbinger type entries on social media prior to the assassination.
As far as that goes, Utah does not have a law on the books requiring an individual(s) to report a potential felony if they have knowledge of same. HOWEVER, there is a Federal law called “Misprision of a felony” that has four items to pierce the threshold:
1. Actual Felony was committed.
2. Party had actual knowledge of said felony.
3. Party failed to notify authorities
4. Party took affirmative actions of concealment
#4 is the stickler. BUT, those parties that posted social media entries presumably indicating foreknowledge of the assassination TOOK THOSE POSTS DOWN JUST FOLLOWING THE MURDER. Which, indeed, is an affirmative action of concealment. Had they left them up they would have been fine on this particular federal law.
Until proven otherwise, I view Robinson’s final post to that forum an attempt to distance the members from the event. We’ll see how serious the FBI is in pursuing this shortly, I’m sure.

I’m waiting for NY Times, Adam Schiff, Joy Reid, et al, to explain this away as, “Oh, he merely meant he wanted to go out to dinner with Charlie.”
How did this assassin KNOW he was going to be on an unsupervised rooftop? How did he declare with such certainty that he had a clear opportunity to kill Charlie Kirk? He expressed no fear of surveillance … by human eye or airborne drone. He knew. He knew he could roam that rooftop with impunity.
I believe that someone in the administration of this college … or perhaps a professor … obtained insider information about the security strategy for Charlie’s speech. If Discord deleted anything relative to the relevant issue, you might as well wave bye bye to the entire platform. They are already under two separate government investigations, and are buried in civil law suits. One of the primary reasons is that their platform makes it rather simple for it to be used in grooming minors by sexual predators. Their “protective” system is suspect and likely misrepresented.
Their response may, in fact, be a misunderstanding. They may have reviewed the main platform and not reviewed the private forums that can exist within accessible only to a subset of members to that particular board. I would see it as willful “misunderstanding”, however. Like I said, we’ll see how serious the current FBI is shortly.
