  1. Disgusting. I don’t know what’s worse, having governments so tyrannical and power-drunk that would enact such legislation or having “citizens” not only bending knees in complete acceptance but taking pains to rat out their neighbours for the simple act of going for a walk.

    These same POS scumbags were the ones calling cops when their neighbours exceeded the maximum allowable number of visitors during covid. They would have made perfect and enthusiastic Germans under the Stasi regime.

    Words can’t describe how much I loathe a person so execrable that would turn on their neighbours like this. The older I get it seems I’m despising more and more of the people in this “country”. But I guess it follows, considering the majority here are on the Left.

    And in the end, as the video shows, it’s somehow Trump’s fault. God help us.

  4. DM in Fredericton, NB. Nova Scotia is politically to the left of British Columbia, or even USC at Berkeley. The Progressive Conservative premier, whose name escapes me, ran to the left of the sitting Liberal premier to win in the last election.

    1. The “Cod Crisis” was used by the Liberals to entice the Atlantic Provinces into their Gimmiedat Program, which was embraced, took good hold, and like all cancers has spread across the country.
      Canadians turned their life over to the Liberal Government and the Liberals accepted.
      It would take a Trump to save Canada now and we all know that is not going to happen.
      Canada is just a dead country walking.
      The only choice left really is to learn Mandarin or a southern drawl.

  5. Scary stuff, can’t imagine calling a snitch line. Here in NS they refuse to remove homeless people from the woods because apparently they can’t relocate them without the homeless person’s permission. See the homeless can burn and live in the woods but it’s a crime for me to do so, two tier NS justice. Going to be interesting watching our just us system justify the “Special rights” homeless people enjoy at the expense of the peasants.

      *I tried the number from here in Calgary when it was first publicized and the recording said I’m calling from outside the area and wouldn’t put me through to anyone.
      I would *not* have turned James O’Keefe in. The entirety of this is amazing to me.

  10. I pulled up the FIRE PROCLAMATION- TRAVEL BAN and gave it a read. Nova Scotia needs better lawyers.

    1. “Woods” is not defined in any fashion.
    2. Entry into the “woods” is allowed if you acquire the proper permit. The proper “permit” is not defined in any fashion other to say a “travel permit.” The wording, also, says you cannot enter the woods “without a valid travel permit in all counties in Nova Scotia.” Poor wording suggests (but is likely not implied) that you must secure a “travel permit” from every single county in Nova Scotia. Like I said. NS needs better lawyers.
    3. Conservation Officers will not have this “proper permit” when coming to arrest you. So, based on the vague language of the Edict, they will, also, be in violation of the “Law” and subject to a $25,000 fine.
    4. There is no determination as to the application between private and public land. Arguably, if your house is under a tree canopy, you cannot approach your residence.
    5. You cannot enter the “woods” for “any other purpose.” This precludes you from offering medical assistance, putting out a visible small fire, stopping a crime, saving a child who has wandered off etc.

  11. The only fire hazard I saw in that entire clip was the old silly-bearded DSR worker who felt it necessary to spew Trump Hate as a “Parks Official”. His gasoline powered 4-wheeler could throw a spark, then set its own gasoline supply on fire and WHOOSH! the whole place goes up in flames, cause there is evidently no budget for firefighting … just for bureaucrats issuing communist manifestos.

    1. I’m not one to rely on divine intervention to make a point, but lightning strikes account for approximately 50% of all forest fires…and in some areas as high as 85%.
