The fact of the matter is that John Q. Public is generally okay with the borrowing spree, no matter what the province or level of government. If there’s any negative consequences to an exponential rise in debt, most voters have pushed that concern to the back of their minds.
The province said its deficit is now projected to be $668.7 million for the 2025-26 fiscal year, up from the $549 million forecast in the March budget. Revenues are expected to be $59.6 million lower than forecast in the budget, and expenses are projected to be $60 million higher than the March estimate.

When I was a young man incorporating businesses, we used to amuse ourselves with clever names for corporations. Someone suggested a company called “Infinity Ltd.” But we thought it would be better to incorporate “Zero Inc.”, and then register the business name: “Infinity – a division of Zero Inc.”
It’s how they estimate YOUR wealth….after they get their hands on it.

Without the Equalization theft from Alberta and Saskatchewan, everything East of them will be bankrupt in months,to be purchased for cents on the US dollar.
We need to separate and still pay in just enough to keep the rest of Canada staggering along..just long enough to allow all our Welfare Bums and Parasites to move East.
No jobs for “Helpers” and no welfare unless local..watch them run..all the way to Ottawa.
Of course they don’t care because there is no threat to them receiving the benefit check.
When the lenders stop lending and the Canadian dollar become worthless due to endless printing then the reckoning comes.

The math isn’t mathing. Revenue is down $60 million, expenses are up $60 million. That’s $120 million. The deficit will increase $670 million. So where is the $550 million going?
