  1. Not surprizing, the report is garbled. No, Health Canada has not sealed vaccine injury reports for 15 years.

There was an access to information request that apparently involves a few million pages for data going bacck to 1998. and that they estimate it will take 15 years to process. You might want to make a big fuss over that. But smaller requests will be handled faster (although still slowly for some). There is no sealing of records.

Here’s a bizarre article by Western Standard where the headline claims that records have been sealed, but the article itself doesn’t say that. To give the (unnamed) writer credit, they often don’t choose the headlines.

The deterioration of journalism is not just happening in progressive media.

    1. “There is no sealing of records.”

      That is correct.
Take for example the records of Pierre Trudeau.
They didn’t seal them. They destroyed them.
      Thus endeth the lesson.

      1. This is Canada. There is no sealing of records. There is clubbing of seals!

The report is garbled! It reads like Josef Garbles!

  2. These are some of the subtle differences between a Representative Republic and a Monarchy. All government info is the personal property of the Sovereign and that’s that. End of story.

  3. Yet essentially the same thing is happening in the U.S. No…this is clearly a cover up and “officials” are covering their asses.

    1. Have you ever tried to obtain information from the Government of Canada? It is obnoxiously difficult and always comes with a fee to a third party if it is even available for public consumption. In almost all cases in the US, info is clearly and openly available, but on rare occasions with a small fee. Then there is always the FOIA to fall back on which mandates the free and open access to information. Just log into any Canadian government website and see how little is available beyond perfunctory general information.

  4. L – In 15 years suing the fed. government for violation of Constitutional Rights, wrongful death or injury et al, will be a moot point. Because, the fed. gov’t. of Canada will be as financially bankrupt then, as they are politically and morally bankrupt now.

  5. The Government of Canada being a wholly owned possession of the Crown is immune to such lawsuits re Royal Prerogative. Even if that did not exist a Subject of the Crown rarely has standing to sue the Crown.

    1. L – The most high profile example of someone, who in the opinion of the S.C.C., had his Constitutional Rights violated and was thus due compensation was Omar Kadr, a self-confessed Al-Qaidi jihadi, who had killed a U.S. soldier medic and blinded a second another.

The S.C.C. did not specify the amount of damages, and the Trudeau government chose the amount of $10.5 million(something which elevated Justin Trudeau. If Pierre Polivre was to defend the Charter violations after invoking the Emergencies Act of the Freedom Convoy, and say suggest an amount of e.i. $3 million each. They might persuade Canadians to believe, they have a Charter of Rights that means something, and is an effective tool to defend same.
      Don’t hold your h breath!

  6. This is the biggest healthcare scandal in Canada in the past 2 years.

And what will the usual suspects in the corrupt media say about it? Prediction: They’ll bury the story or . . . I can’t even imagine what one would do to defend this.

Related: Will the Conservatives state that they’ll release the files on Day One of their new government or are they severely compromised too?

    1. It wouldn’t matter if they did. The media is wholly complicit in it and wouldn’t report anything anyway, while tarring anyone who did as some deplorable rando whackjob ranting on twitter.

  7. Standard Operating Procedures when you’re the Forever Federal Liberal Government.
Coming Soon: repercussions for daring to ask.

  8. Would be nice if some civil liberty group sued them into releasing the documents, if Japan and Israel can produce their documents then so can Canada.

  9. No Kings.
I have to laugh when Canadians look down at the US, somehow believing the Canadian form of government somehow superior and more democratic.

    1. “I have to laugh when Canadians look down at the US, somehow believing the Canadian form of government somehow superior and more democratic.”

Same here. The founding fathers did their very best to ensure a democratic and representative government. The parliamentary system we use in Canada is not only much older (being designed to limit the power of kings and queens) but has been modified one way or another by every nation that uses it, except for Canada. Even the Brits who invented it have changed it substantially…but not us.

It’s a despot’s dream. Get a majority and you can do *anything* you want.

  10. In the 1990s the Canadian Red Cross gave contaminated blood to 60,000 Canadians.
Blood transfusions contaminated with Hepatitis C and HIV which made the recipients very ill and killed many.
Did those affected get compensated? Did their families ever know which individuals were responsible?
No. The government just took the custody/management of the blood supply away from the Canadian Red Cross and gave it to a new entity, the Canadian Blood Supply.

    1. Here in the UK our government decided to compensate those who received contaminated blood in the 1970’s and 80’s.
At that time, the UK did not have enough blood or the facilities to produce blood products to supply all those who needed it, so what would have happened if they hadn’t received any blood?
Some could have died obviously, so there was a trade off, as there always is.
£11.8 Billion has been set aside for the estimated 30,000 patients / families of those affected.
      * “This event has been described as the worst treatment disaster in the history of the National Health Service (NHS)”.

      * This will of course pale into insignificance when the covid vax inquiry begins. Not for another twenty years though, so that all of those who will be found culpable will either be dead or dribbling away in a nursing home.

  11. That’s right. Presidents don’t appoint senators. And when a president chooses a judge they go under intense scrutiny.
Kanadian PM have lots more political power.

    1. The Commons request the King to appoint their man for PM and for Premier. They are then summoned before the King and asked to form a government for the King in the King’s name. These people are not elected. They are appointed by a effete foreign retard.

  12. The “new” Canadian Blood Supply opened in the same location with the same employees

  13. An honest question … Will N95 masks save you from vaxx harm? Or do you need to double the masks with a lucite face shield?

  14. 15 years?
Yup ,that gives the Covinators time to finish looting us and retire with a goldplated pension.
The parasitic overload is counting on us forgetting.
They figure we will forget their abuse and stupidity..
    Why not?
They have already forgotten their lies.
Harken way back to “Sudden Adult Death Syndrome”,the leading cause of death in Alberta at one point..
    What did the autopsies show?
    Oh right,there were none.

    Consider that.
We are told that some mysterious sickness is killing otherwise healthy adults..
Something new and unknown to medicine.
So many that it is the number one killer.

But absolutely no curiousity from our government “Medical Experts”…gee could it be because they were lying?

Arrogant Incompetence of such magnitude cannot go unrewarded.
Since government will not produce the documents,by default we must conclude that they act with malice.
They are denying access now,to what they were lying about then.

  15. 15 years was chosen because all of the people responsible for forcing/coercing people to get vaccinated will out of government office, federally and provincially. What a disgusting government.

  16. If Kill Marmot is correct and the Government is actually arguing that they will need 15 years to produce public records..
Then the bureaus are admitting their uselessness.
Time to upgrade the Phoenix Payroll system,so these clowns get paid..in 15 years.
Given the bureaus “inability” why are we paying them?

    1. The guy’s asking for a couple million pages of data, which presumably must be screened so that no individual medical information is released. The government tried to get the request slimmed down, but he wouldn’t go for it. It might be considered an abuse of the access to information system.
