The casualty figures on both sides are absurd. I mean, we’re seeing American Civil War numbers if you believe them… and I don’t.
Trump says he was “informed there were 20,000 Russian soldiers killed in July alone.
GTFOH! Think about it.
Haven’t seen this much padding of the numbers since General Westmoreland.
I’m doubting the numbers, too.
I recall Trump saying a while back that “millions” have died.
Maybe it was hyperbole to prove a point, but the fog of war and all that.
Has anyone ever seen photos or live footage of the front line warfare?

NBC may have grudgingly reported this ‘five hours ago’, but I read about it yesterday…it’s a done deal, as Russia has already cut off the highway access to Kramatorsk.
Make a deal and end the war now, without Zelensky’s involvement. He is now irrelevant to the peace process.
And when the ceasefire and/or Peace Agreement is signed … Trump’s detractors will scream … but Trump promised to end the war on his FIRST DAY IN OFFICE!!! Orangemanbad is a LIAR!!
IMHO … most of what has taken place since Jan. 17 is posturing and preening. Putin is winning … has won … what he wanted from Ukraine … despite what you hear from the WWIII Reddit disinformation scribes. Putin wasn’t going to allow Trump to swoop-in and become the HERO for ending the war. So Putin initially ignored Trump, to show the world who was REALLY in-charge in Ukraine. Putin launched multiple offensives that further secured his battle lines. That phase having been completed … Putin will now “allow” Trump to become the peacemaker. Trust me … the peace deal will only return some unwanted bits of Ukraine back to the penis-puppeteer. Putin will keep what he came for, and the Victoria Nuland arm of the CIA will have LOST their decades long push to cripple the heteronormative Putin. Putin has decided the timetable for Peace … and he’s let the world know that.
No, I am no Putin fan or apologist. But I am a practitioner of truth and Real-politic. Pretending things are going well for Ukraine and their puppeteer president is counterproductive nonsense.
