An internal ArriveCan investigators’ report long sought by MPs has been sealed by Federal Court order. A judge blocked distribution of the findings at the request of Cameron MacDonald, a former Canada Border Services Agency director briefly suspended over the $63 million program: “The allegations each side makes against the other are most serious.”
Canadian Liberal appointed judges don’t allow elected members of parliament to see the details of an obvious Liberal corruption case.
Liberal funded MSM yawn and ignore this.
It’s time to separate.
Why is one person able to get this report sealed? Canadians paid for ArriveCan, and paid for th I s 8nquiry. I see the hand of Gerry Butts in this. No good can come to the the Liberals from open and trans poo arent government,.
If there was a means to access this file “illegally” and make it public against the judge’s court order, what would happen? What would happen first? Well there’d be an investigation into how it came about that this file was made public, who sourced it and who it was sourced from, who physically touched it, and fingers would be pointed, and another judge would decide it was illegal, charges filed against someone, perhaps a trial in 2027 after the perp was kept in holding for 2 years?
Would there be an investigation into the allegations in the file itself? Would *someone* be charged for the details within the file? How about those holding the $millions now? Whose bank accounts did those funds flow to?
Well, the first thing you do when holding this bag of goods is to ensure your Liberal Party of Canada membership is fully paid up, and you have a couple of receipts for donations to worthy local causes and the local candidate and of course The Party at large…
Then you’re free.

This is the way Shithole countries operate.
Elon spent $44B on an app.
But Musk is actually getting a return on his investment. Arrivescam just made Lieberal politicians, insiders and bureaucrats extremely wealthy off of the taxpayers. The taxpayers have no return on the forced investment; an extremely large loss actually.

Too bad parliament is closed right now, otherwise the report could be read into Hansard by MPs who had some of it.
Note that he won a grievance based on the contents of the report, which is weird that he still has union protections as the Assistant Deputy Minister after leaving his executive position at CBSA
