  1. “No one is above the law” except for liberal party, friends, criminals, media and so on.

  2. Now do IL: arrest Pritzker and Johnson on obstruction charges as they flaunt US immigration laws.

      1. A distinction without a difference. Somehow, I expected more from you, UnReal. I’m truly disappointed.

        1. It’s entirely different. No state or local government owes the feds any efforts to enforce federal law. Cope

          1. You are correct. State’s cooperation is, indeed, voluntary. However, Aiding and Abetting/Harboring is a violation of the law. So, if some Judge shows a defendant out the back door knowing that ICE is at the front door seeking that individual. Then we have a judge aiding a fugitive.

Obstruction includes actions such as physically blocking ICE agents, providing false information, or using intimidation to prevent an arrest. And, there have already been some cases of politicians providing false information…which is a form of obstruction and actionable.

          2. sayz you!
Of course, anything you say cannot be disputed, right?
(That was both rhetorical, and sarcasm! Two for the price of one!)

    1. I believe he needs to spend at least 3 or 4 years in pre trial custody, just like those J6 patriots.

  3. Not sure what “new rules” you’re talking about here. He’s been released. I doubt that he’ll be prosecuted for anything.

    1. Depends….if the local DA has anything to say about it, then probably no….but if there are federal charges, you can bet your ass he will be prosecuted. And should be.

  4. Released already, that’s good, it will make these idiots believe there is no consequence to them trying to keep gangbangers, child molesters, and murderers as your neighbors. Hopefully that wakes up a few more voters.

Liberal idiot judges would likely let them go in any case, but trials would be nice for more exposure.

  5. This was a very different experience from that of the January 6 protestors. It’s good to be a socialist.

      1. There was no attempt at insurrection on Jan 6. None of the protestors were armed, and they were actually ushered in peacefully into the Capitol building by the police. It was nothing more than a protest, but it was egged on and provoked by the feds looking for an excuse to clamp down on dissenters. We’re still looking for Ray Epps. For some reason, he escaped all charges, even though there were countless videos of Epps encouraging the protestors to storm the police line.
So please stop the lying. That “insurrection” narrative has been abandoned even by the extremist left-wing media.
Next, you’re going to try to tell us that the protesters killed Capitol police officers.
Just a refresher: No police officer was killed during Jan 6, but TWO protestors were killed. Ashli Babot was shot without cause by a totally unprofessional officer, and the other was mercilessly beaten with a baton on the steps of the capitol.

  6. Anyone named Ras should never be elected to any office at any level in any civilized country. EVER!
