Dan Knight- Carney Rejects NDP Deal While Poilievre Readies Comeback in Alberta Stronghold
But let’s cut through the nice-sounding verbiage. The reason Carney doesn’t want a deal with the NDP isn’t because he’s confident in his numbers. It’s because a formal pact would make his minority government look weak and dependent from day one. It would validate what everyone already suspects—that he can’t govern without cutting deals behind closed doors with a party that just got decimated at the polls.

hey libs !!!! truth hurts sometimes. with youse LOTS of times!!!
aaaaaaand sometimes it lands on you like a friggin LOCOMOTIVE.
and you over there, Canaduh, you need to get psychiatric counselling
for your self harming practices. not good.
turd, turd, turdeau turd, turdeau turdeau turdeau turd.
To late, Marx, you are already seen as cozying up to the NDP with your announcement of pouring massive amounts of our money into the NDP Dental scheme.
L – Wishful thinking, all Carney has to do is offer to bribe… no, reward the stranded NDP M.P.s
with say $, the trappings of power w/o real power, and bless them with being the acolytes of anti-racism, saving the Goddess mother Gaia. Thus showering them with false virtue and
presto, with 4-5 years in power, the current Liberal hole in the Canadian ship of state will be
large enough to sink her.
That Privy Council warning of Canada turning into a state of chaos, poverty and civil war by 2040. That date is a little on the optimistic side, by a decade or so.
Didn’t Blanchet already say that his party would support the minority liberals? Don’t underestimate the liebs ability to lie, cheat, and quite probably steal their way to keep power. We’ve all seen what they did at Carlton.
The long-ballot initiative (the people who organized that oversized ballot) have claimed victory in Carlton. Yeah… sure sounds like a neutral grass-roots organization to me. I wouldn’t be surprised if I learned that there was a lieberal connection or two in that org.
Despite all the hopeful rhetoric, my gut says that we’re in it for the long haul.
it was probably a plan by Butts and Telford because it has their stink around it
100% Wally!
Trudeau, Butts, Telford and Wernick all still need to be charged, tried, and convicted of Obstruction of Justice in the SNC Lavalin scandal.
The ndp will support the liberals if the libs throw a bone of their liking and presto the deal is made.
The big deal here possibly – maybe he won’t offer them official party status by changing the parliament rules?
They aren’t recognized as a party in the House, so they aren’t given a proportion of places on committees, or allocated specific time to speak on matters in the house. But that doesn’t mean the PM can’t give those privileges as independent members on a case by case basis. He has ruled out an agreement with the NDP but he’ll make the necessary agreements with those seven MPs.
Realistically, are any of those Bloc/NDPee fruitbats going to make a deal with the CPC? No they won’t. They’re all going to jack up #CarkMarney and take him for everything they can get.
Iceberg sighted! Full speed ahead!
Sounds like that’s their plan.
Every negotiation will end with the NDP saying
“That will do ….. for now.”
Remember the old adage
For liberals a minority is not a win.
So the question now is who is going to be the last person to figure this out on Parliament Hill?
The only deal they should make is to pass legislation excluding Brookfield from any government contracts for as long as Carney is PM.
He doesn’t need a deal with the NDP, he knows they’ll support him, just like Jag did after he ended their agreement.
In my dreams… Pam Bondi finally releases more Epstein info; Carney is forced to resign; the NDP (the liberal party’s idealogue stratum and their only hope after Carney flames out) bounces Canada into an electoral re-run in June.
He wouldn’t resign if he were caught red-handed with an underage ladyboy, a dead hooker, and an ounce of black tar smack. He’s a Liberal, THE Liberal right now. He can get away with anything and the Canadian media and RCMP will sweep it under the rug.
“underage ladyboy” … so he’s doing his own son, err daughter, err them? Nevermind … it’s all just too cringe.
Yeah, I can’t keep track either.
Probably a 3some with Walz’s weird kid. While Mrs. Carney and Mrs. Walz record it.
I’d like to see his testimony to the congressional committee which still hasn’t been released.
The WEF Liberals will simply govern ( rule ) like they have a majority because the Bloks and the NDPers will vote along with whatever Globalist ideology the WEF/Liberals ram down every ones throat.
The further left the WEF/Liberals go the more support they will have.
Or are we still pretending the WEF/Liberals are different from the WEF/NDP and that the Bloks are actually real “separatists”…?
Its all bullshit theatre.
I’m hoping that sometime in the near future Alberta won’t be a stronghold for anyone except Albertans.
“While the Québécois—and to a slightly lesser degree the rest of Canada—now need Alberta to maintain their standard of living, the Albertans now need not to be a part of Canada in order to maintain theirs.”–( Peter Zeihan – 2014 – The Accidental Superpower)
To a lesser degree? Quebec is number 5 in equalization payments per capita, a fact not often discussed.
Source: https://www.canada.ca/en/department-finance/programs/federal-transfers/equalization.html
Well, that book was written back in 2014. That being said, one of the things that is patently obvious is that these secession movements ramp up every time Liberals control the government. Then, almost always, a surprise “conservative” result occurs and these movements fade back into the woodwork based on hope that a “conservative” who always seems to run on “reform” will hear their pleas. (Mulroney, Harper)
What’s different this time is that a 10 year Liberal rule (and exploitation of Western Canada) has been extended, and is now led by a Prime Minister who is vehemently against Alberta’s lifeblood. I suspect things are going to go differently this time, especially with the “target dates” on all matters that negate Alberta’s most precious commodities. At the very least, interesting times.
Also, “Per capita”. Quebec has way more people and sucks way more money than all the other participants put together. Yes, PEI takes per capita more than Quebec! And what they take is pocket change.
Quebec should get the same per capita as Ontario… Especially because Quebec was given tax points in the past to keep more of their money at the provincial level.
The NDP voters merely jumped from their whore-bed into the Liberal whore-bed.
The Cons got more votes than they did in the last election, meaning that disgruntled Libs and PPC voters jumped on that ship. The NDP (socialist) voters saw the writing on the wall with their own party hookups with Trudeau during the past few years and were scared spitless that the Cons were going to win. They parked their votes with the Libs just so they save the day from PP.
There was also a massive voter fraud which happened which the MSM are not even exploring. The Elections Canada web site went down during the afternoon for an extended period of time, there are those who watch elections in real time with the voting machines who have stated that the voting was tampered with just the same as 2019 in the US. US military has the tickets on this and will be exposing the steal.
In this day of technologies, there is hardly anything that is not compromised, especially voting. The appearance of “democracy” is smoke and mirrors, a fools game.
What election machines are you talking about?
The machines which have the voting data entered into and hold the vote counts so they can be sent real-time to the parties, media and whoever else needs instant results. Those voting machines.
Dominion Voting Machines were used in the US and many other countries and there are at least 73+ elections which were stolen via those machines. The vote count got their power cut off (??) and the flip happened for the 2020 election. Elections Canada web page went down during this election. There will be proof that the same gerrymandering happened in this Canadian election. Patience, my friend!
“Our elections are NOT rigged”, says the most elected government anywhere, ever.
NDP grow a spine? Marx Carney has nothing to worry about…
The NDP will support Carnage at least until they elect a new leader, and find some money to run a campaign.
Maybe Nenshi the Hutt will run for the federal NDP leadership?
It’s going to be a long time before the NDP are in a position to do anything whoever they elect for a leader. They’re still trying to pay off the 2019 election campaign that’s why Singh was limited to a bus this time around. This could actually be the end for Dippers.
Not sure where the Alberta freedom movement is going but there are some interesting times ahead . I wish the west nothing but the best . Born and raised in Ontario , but roots in the west I would love to see the eastern bastard whine fest when the money train runs out . You A holes in the east voted for this so enjoy the decline as you deserve it .
Correction: The Shitshow Must Go On
A shitshow is when a circlejerk turns into a clusterf@#$.
So I guess you’re right.
Here are numbers that most haven’t seen.
2025-2021 vote count difference:
Librano: 3,023,478
NDP: -1800031
Green: -156381
Librano+NDP+Green: 1067066
BQ: -64543
Conservative: 2352139
Maxipad: -699783
Conservative+Maxipad: 1652356
The numbers in bold are net seat gain in vote count for the left and for the right.
Then add this:

Draw your own conclusions where this is going in the long run. They should be obvious.
Poilievre has a record now: no.
regarding Cdn politics, economics et al, word spreads; Epoch Times has published the Cdn govt report predicting economic collapse by 2040:
the article is behind a paywall on the original news web site but l found a way around it.

l expect whatsisname yawhat will have something snarky to say about my digital expertise.
and while l got yawhat’s attention, feel free just for practice, tell us how the arithmetic unit of a typical CPU uses 2s complement operations to effect floating point calculations. (l actually assisted the university prof ‘expliquez cela’ because l kinda had a ‘foot on both sides of the fence’ iow l knew and was familiar where the confusion was, and ‘navigated around it’ sorta ‘hand held’ them thru the description. l did the same thing in grade 11 calculus. that time l was all TOO familiar with the confusion, but having mastered it, more than once l walked the class thru the answer to a problem.
just dont ask me to do either of these now lol !!!
