How is it legal for the Liberals to release funding for a program when Parliament isn’t sitting, on whose legal authority are they spending our money?
A great question!
And a question asked by almost no Canadians. Which explains much of our current dilemma.
Because its an “arm’s length” crown corp, not Parliament, releasing the money.
Canada is and has been a fascist state, for a long, long time.
FCC is a crown corp, presumably they already have authority outside of parliament.
Our environmental, social and governance commitments are the backbone of everything we do.
