2. This article sort of plays off the investigation in the US Congress as toothless, and maybe it is. But, that’s not why all these corporations and big banks bailed out of the ESG program all at once. What scares the hell out of them (and rightly so) are all the class action ERISA suits popping up. Some are showing success.

   The short version is that people like Mark Carney (in their zealotry) rammed the ESG program down the throats of investors at the expense of the bank’s fiduciary duty to those investors. People are bit more bold about their disapproval these days.

3. This is why Trump wants the Liberals (Carney) to be re-elected.

   Team Carney will shut down much of Canada’s businesses in the name of carbon neutrality. This will greatly benefit US companies. Carney will also drive lots of Canadian investment money to the US.

   The unreliable wind and solar championed by Carney, will force Ontario to import power from the U.S. Watch the US build new coal plants. West Virginia mine will prosper.
