The refining business is going downhill because of the war on Internal combustion vehicles in most western countries, the war on plastics, the war on home-heating fuel, the phase-out of fueloil-fired power plants, etc.
Without “fossil” fuels billions of people will die. I do realize that is the ultimate goal of the “left” but as I usually suggest, they go first.
