14. Isn’t that just what Canada needs now – a ‘new carbon plan’ to punish ourselves for no purpose other than to signal our climate virtue. Even if you believe the pseudoscience of the climate change religion, a complete shutdown of Canada’s emissions would have no effect on the climate or the weather because our emissions are only 1.6% of the world total. The big emitters, China and India, are not buying in.
