2. I can tell you how they are covering it in Germany. First, the German Ambassador sends a dispatch back to Germany that gets leaked. Essentially, he said that democracy in the US will weaken because all Trump cares about is vengeance. Awkwardly, that Ambassador was supposed to be a guest at today’s festivities. I have no idea if he was dis-invited.

   Additionally, all the German media outlets are insisting that Elon Musk did a Nazi salute today (he actually improvised “giving my heart to you” and did it a little stiffly). However, the German media is jumping all over it because Musk has been outspoken for AfD and they need to marginalize him.

   1. The German ambassador clearly relies on legacy media for their information, and has no working knowledge of the actual country, or sources of information not of the DC “elite”. Germany used to be respected for engineering and design, and general competence. How far they fell, and so fast. A de=industrialized, going broke shithole. Canada could be Germany Jr.

It was much the same here in Australia, with ‘inaugurational mistakes’ highlighted, misreporting and dire predictions about tyranny and fascism made, lots of whining about how it will adversely affect us here and a general dislike of this new government. I tend to only skim over news.com and the pathetic local news headlines nowadays, and ignore almost anything else by the lamestream media.

      One other thing; I thought Barron Trump was supposed to be ‘retarded’! The lamestreams seem dismayed to discover he’s both intelligent and handsome (for a young man)…! Maybe they fear a dynasty!!!
