    5. The fact that there have been convictions and inquiries and reports doesn’t negate the fact that the convicted perpetrators, their enablers and those that turned a blind eye to the decades-long horror haven’t been punished near enough.

      Light sentences don’t cut it, councils resigning don’t either, inquiries that conclude with only “mistakes were made” are useless.

      Additionally, way too many of the perps haven’t even been charged.

      That’s what Musk et al. are drawing well-needed attention to.

      1. Any evidence as to the nature of the CIA’s biggest hit was destroyed as long as 60 years ago. Periodic releases of information, despite the hype, are always uneventful, by design. When I was a kid I bought a summary of the Warren Commission report from the school book service and despite being all of 12 years old I knew it was bullshit. At the time I didn’t know the CIA did it, but I knew it made no sense.

  7. The cover-ups didn’t happen after the events, which are still occuring, the cover-ups made it possible. Local and police and government officials turned a blind eye so as not to appear racist. Remember, these gang rapes were perpetrated by members of a particular religion.

  11. Is gang rape an Islamic problem, a Pakistani problem, or a far-right conspiracy? For it to be an Islamic problem, we’d need to see other Muslims committing gang rapes of non-Muslim women in other parts of the world as well. So, what do the numbers say? Let’s take a look.
    In Germany, Syrians and Afghans make up less than 2% of the population yet account for 34% of gang rapes.
    Conclusion: It is a Muslim problem because they are taught from a very young age that Kafirs (infidels) are filthy creatures.

    1. Key takeaway? – He’s likely proroguing Parliament so there can’t be any no-confidence motions pursued in the interim. If that’s the case, it’ll likely be just a little too “aiding-the-Party-in-power” for even the Canadian judiciary to stomach, and it may well stop prorogue. We can hope anyway… Particularly if a couple (or just one successful) no-confidence motions result…
