  1. You can bet that SDA is on her “list of 300” … because in Canada … speaking Truth to Power = Hate

  2. The government keeps secrets to protect itself, and not to protect you. They don’t want you to know their persecution targets.

    1. Bingo!

Much legislation is intended to protect perpetrators and administrators. How many times does one hear disclosure refusals because of “privacy” reasons?

The legislation is there to protect politicians, bureaucrats and administrators from faulty decisions, biased selective applications and identification of influencers. It’s not for transparency of protecting the public.

  3. Order of Canada…

Each time this award is handed out to a person of dubious quality it cheapens its value.

    1. True Conservatives and honest people would be advised to refuse it. I was disappointed Klein didn’t refuse it when he was awarded.

  4. L- Trudeau’s tenure in office, where the moral axiom Live Not By Lies, has been honoured
more in the breech than the observance.

  5. Proudman blames this on Trudeau. As much as I like to pin this on him, the Order of Canada is awarded by the Governor General under the recommendation of a committee. The best we can do is blame Trudeau for selecting Simon as GG,

    1. I just wonder who appoints the committee, would that be our famous Blackie, the Mr dress up we have as PM??

    2. Allegedly, “The members of the Advisory Council champion excellence in every field of endeavour, from coast to coast to coast.”

Unfortunately, most of them are committed to their racism and sexism under the guise of “diversity and inclusion”

  6. I’m not sure about hate groups, but there’s a strong undercurrent of hate from people who just want to be left alone towards people who just can’t leave well enough alone.

  7. The Order of Canada has been so adulterated by unworthy recipients over the years as to make it irrelevant at best and a badge of dishonour at worst.

    1. Strongly leaning toward badge of dishonor. Badge of honor is getting your bank account frozen by #ShinyPony.

        1. All I saw in the list was a Lieberal Party Leftist Good Old Peoplekinds’ Club. The supposed “good appointments” are very few, not the majority.

I saw Pierre Burton tip his hand on Front Page Challenge as to what an a$$hole he really was.

    2. “The Order of Canada has been so adulterated by unworthy recipients over the years as to make it irrelevant at best and a badge of dishonour at worst.”

Yes, much like the Nobel Peace Prize.

  8. I’d like to make an argument on behalf of “Hate Groups.” First of all, there are quite a few things I hate. I hate turnips, red beets, narcissists, dishonest politicians, dishonest journalists, bad movies, talentless singers, Communism and Socialism, bad parents, spoiled kids, gold diggers, normalizing eccentric behavior, books with a lazy conclusion, schlock etc…

    And then there is this:

“A hate group is a social group that advocates and practices hatred, hostility, or violence towards members of a race, ethnicity, nation, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other designated sector of society.”

I’d argue that you are perfectly within your rights to “practice hatred” on members of any of those categories if you so desire. It shows an overgeneralization in your judgment and reflects stupidity. But, sure, if you want to hate those groups…enjoy…and reap the repercussions of that idiocy. HOWEVER, hostility and violence are an act separate from your own personal likes and dislikes. To lump violence in with personal opinion, I’d argue, is the purpose of drawling up the concept of “hate groups” in the first place. If you can lump opinion in with acts of violence, then you can control both.

I choose to hate. I choose to like. And, I choose indifference every so often.

    1. I’d say that that the Turd, and the left in general are “a social group that advocates and practices hatred, hostility, or violence towards members of a race, ethnicity, nation, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other designated sector of society”
In this case, against Christians, Jews, white people, straight women and straight men.

    2. The Proud Boys were put on the list for breaking up Burn Loot Murder and Antifa riots. The list is maintained by people who hate you. Calling them out will get you added.

  9. This is the crap that has to disappear into the rear view mirror.
And PP better have a plan to tackle it.
I guess this is what you get after years of silly warnings on coffee cups saying contents are hot, and don’t put the plastic bag over your head, etc. Treating functional humans beings like they are retarded and rewarding them with a sticker has its consequences.
Life’s hazards have to be spelled out for people now , and the same goes for dark perverse upside down ideologies.
That thrive when people act like they are part of a herd.

  10. Wonder if she has considered that, making her list public might give her a shot at receiving the Nobel Peace Prize.
    Dream big!

  11. It’s not hate “hate”.
“Barbara Perry, a far-right specialist at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology”

    1. What the heck is a “far right” specialist? I suspect it involves some level of hatred for conservative views.

  12. None of the Liberal funded halfwits in the media dare question any of her accusations and hate mongering against white conservatives in Canada.
They are too cowardly and weak.

    Canada is a stupid country.

And speaking of the anti-hate networks, when hate is outlawed will it be illegal to hate broccoli or Brussels sprouts?
    Or Nazis, or mass murderers?

        1. It makes a difference, grammatically.
          To wit:
A “car” drove into people in Germany.
A “muslim” in a car drove into people in Germany.

  13. This is terribly embarrassing for Canada. Who would put forward such a shallow and mean spirited nomination? I wonder if there is a way to find out how she was nominated. I smell Liberal involvement somewhere. They are always keen to promote suspicion and mistrust. Canada was never so divided.

  14. She won’t produce a list because she’s afraid if we knew just what groups are being monitored that people would lose their minds. I imagine that there’s a fair number of Legions, community organizations like the Lion’s Club, and CPC riding associations on that list. Not to mention any and all right wing media.

  15. Stevie at 5:53.

    Thanks for confirming our suspicions.

I’d be hard pressed to think of anything that points out the stark differences between “Us” and “Them” more than our differing ideas about what constitutes Honour and Value.

  16. Easily more than 300 hate groups in Canada. Start by counting all the educational institutions,
