  14. 10:06 p.m.: Saxony-Anhalt’s Prime Minister confirms details about the alleged perpetrator . The 50-year-old is said to be from Saudi Arabia and came to Germany in 2006. He worked as a doctor in Bernburg, south of Magdeburg, and has a permanent residence permit.
