  1. Gay lawyer says it’s better than sex to get the government to seize money from your enemies, homosexual activists never miss an opportunity to get their sex acts in your face.

It’s a frickin’ outrage that kangaroo courts in ontario get away with this fascist act.

Where is that idiot liberal Slug Ford? He’s supposed to be the Premier or something?

Can’t hate left wing activists, their gays, and their minorities enough, they are all disgusting people.

    1. “Where is that idiot liberal Slug Ford?”

Hiding under a Rock. Quite possibly an Alan Rock.

  2. The alphabet activist folks have succeeded in ruining the rights of “normal” people. While I accept tolerance, we actually do not give a flying flick about your urswhile celebrations. Fund your own flicking flag. You are not victims, so leave the normal alphabet people alone. Go and live your lives, as we are not interested in a few activists!

    1. “While I accept tolerance…”
High time to read up on the limits of tolerance. Start with Karl Popper’s “paradox of tolernace.”
This tyranny of the perverted minority needs to end, and the ‘tolerant’ majority needs to stop being silent and say it as loud and proudly as these marginal fools do. They have no clothes, and their cause is bent.
      ENOUGH.

  3. enough of catering to these mentally ill people. Doug Ford time to stand up for the 99.9% of Ontarians and let these sickos do there own thing

  4. I’m so sick of this. Thank God I have a bit of a reprieve moving to Alberta, ranked as the freest province in the country, while Ontario is ranked somewhere in the 3rd quartile.
Even here in SK isn’t in the same quartile as in Alberta.
But when I read the mayor’s defiance, having some personal experience with how the law works in such matters, I kind of knew something like this would happen, because I’m in the process of doing the same to a debtor, except I am armed with a judgement from a legitimate court which I am about to enforce, not some kangaroo HR tribunal star-chamber where your rights as a free citizen don’t mean squat.
…and no… my case has nothing to do with where I put my junk.

  5. It is news to me that HRTs have the power to garnish bank accounts. They are not courts of law, they shouldn’t be able to do that.

    Lawsuit on the horizon?

Maybe next time the council can hold a public referendum on the issue and let the town’s people decide. Then the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal can try to garnish $5K out of the whole town. I’d pay a dollar to see that show.

    1. I agree…..I’m not sure they have that power. And HRC “orders” can be appealed. But in general. HRC’s should be shut down….they operate outside the standard judicial rules much like the Volksgerichtshof of Nazi Germany.

      1. They only have the power that we give them. Canadians are cowards and will not stand up against tyranny, therefore they put their fellow citizens at risk.

  6. I DO hope that all the convoy supporters who got de-banked as well as this recently de-banked mayor are going to be suing the living sh*t out the Canadian banks (does anyone out there in SDA land know if such lawsuits are proceeding?)

This prime litigation opportunity makes me almost wish I was still practicing law. I said almost.

    1. Not to disrespect your experience with the law, but I don’t think they would have a case. The banks are simply following the law. They’d be in trouble if they didn’t garnish salaries or freeze accounts when ordered to do so by the current authorities… at least, that’s my understanding of the situation. If I’m wrong, I am begging you to point out how these people can obtain remedy through the courts. I desperately need something to hope for.

      1. You wouldn’t make much of a litigator fc! A case??? The mayor should appeal the judgement of the tribunal – judgements from administrative tribunals are subject to judicial review – and sue both Borderland Pride and CIBC, just as the truckers should sue the Canadian government and all the banks. In both cases, the plaintiffs should use the full power of the media, esp. alternative and foreign media to make Borderland Pride look like taxpayer-fleecing bullies, and the banks look like banana republic lackeys (which they both are).

“The process is the punishment” as Mark Steyn says

FYI: Your basic Canadian normie – conventional, trusting, complacent (un petit peuple ridicule) – has NO IDEA what ESG- and DEI-mad, hyper-woke, almost SUBVERSIVE organizations the Canadian banks are. The cynic in me says that this hyper-wokeness just a smokescreen to district the masses for this oligopoly’s constantly ripping off the Canadian public. And it must work as most people still think of the Canadian Banks are their “friend.” LOL

    2. Ambit claims?

How about the “starter” is set at 500 million PER DAY, per case.

Then, it DOUBLES every week that actual justice is not done and SEEN to be done.

      Next stage?

      Use your imagination.

The usual suspects are TRYING to provoke a violent event , preferably multiple “actions, brought on by their CONSTANT provocation and LAWFARE. See also “wind-up yoys” and “False Flags”

If one reaction was to cut off the food electricity and transport to the “seats of malicious power”, preferably in mid winter. how long before the enemy lashes out?

      Something “interesting” this way comes.

      Caveat:

Which “external” players, i.e. “foreign interests” will pull all their “strings’ to averts such things; thus exposing more “puppets” to the gaze of the already unhappy peasantry..

It is high-stakes poker time. Between the eco-nazis and the corporate statists and their “allies”, ‘interesting” seems a rather bland description of the “possibilities”.

    1. Glacierman is right. GoF___Me probably wouldn’t give the mayor the time of day, and they would have the law, as it currently stands, on their side.

  7. How about we find out which bank complied to this “justice ” and we pull our money out. When $10’s to $100,000’s to $Millions get drained out of the swamp-bank, they will think twice.

I left TD when they went full gay.

    1. There’s a TD bank in Vancouver’s West End near English Bay, which is very VERY proud. It looks like every square inch of the exterior is covered in “pride” symbols and rainbows.

      1. Our Scotia Bank branch is similar, every woke, gay, immigrant and woman-centric poster and plan you can imagine. But they can’t do basic banking, like replacing a credit card. That has to go through Toronto.

      2. I believe it’s CIBC, but really… All the banks are the same. I saw the same woke bullcrap at every branch I’ve been to with RBC.

  8. cibc. The bank that used to be #2 amongst the “big 5” banks about 50 years ago. Since fallen to #5. Seems determined to continue its slide into oblivion.

  9. Liberal communists will be the only mayors in ontario after this.

Justin Trudeau had to pay a two hundred dollar fine for his corruption of the office of pm, that’s the only other time I can think of where a politician had to pay personally in canada, and I’ve never heard of of a mayor having money stolen from his account.

    1. Get used to it. It’s a war of intimidation. Emo is a small town, and when they see what’s happening to their little hamlet… that the gay mafia has taken over… well, there will be compliance. That’s why the heavy handedness. Emo is being used as an example to the other small towns not only in Ontario, but all across the country. My town, thankfully, has gravel roads. Difficult to paint cross walks on a gravel road.

  10. Where I live, we get a lot of late day rain showers as the sun is setting in the west. This produces many amazing rainbows in the eastern sky. I have been in the habit of admiring them. Next June, I think I will start mooning them. What a revolting development this situation is!

  11. The fact that the mayor owns a trucking company is the rationalization offered by these morons to strip mine his bank account. It has been said that the United States passed peak woke some time ago; Canada is nowhere near the peak, by all accounts.

  12. ps, hate to be the bearer of REALLY bad news (noose?), but personally l believe this is a preview of what’s to come aka The End Times.
call me a religious fanatic, buuuuut, well l like to point out regarding my faith, the fact there was a ‘time’ when *there was no such thing as time* and nowhere, no dimension for there to be any thing to be affected by time……..

    is factual.

so when did we get dimension, energy, mass aaaaaaaaand ………. time?
according to the late mumbler S Hawkings it all came about all by izzself.
    poof!! tada!!

or, there really is a *Creator* God Who does NOT subservient Himself to His invention, and as such *knows where we’re headed*, and had the courtesy to warn us 1000s years ago.
IF lm right about this SDA, guess whut: IT ALL FITS. and therefore ‘get used to it’.

  13. I wonder if the mayor could shut down his bank account, and created an offshore account.
I would also like to know as to what benefit these homosexual groups provide to society.
Born of evil, they have no redeeming qualities. Moloch worshipping proselytes.

    1. absolutely precisely.
      -open the account via internet.
-transfer funds into ccount from a trusted associate.
-pay bills, etc up the wazoo ‘electronically’.
-also get another trusted associate to open an account with YOUR $ and their name and they give you the atm card.
      -cause its YOUR money.
-kinda like the ‘workaround’ used when a farm goes up for auction and the bidding goes up a dollar at a time until the owner of the foreclosed properry chimes in and silence from 250 farmers at the ‘auction’.

but it requires steel like discipline and full awareness ‘youre next’.

  14. The other troubling issue with this case is that a public official, acting in his capacity as a public official, has had his personal assets seized as a result of a decision taken as mayor. For good reason, as long as a public official is acting within the bounds of his authority, he cannot be held personally liable for damages resulting from his exercise of that authority. For instance, if a municipal council blocks a particular waterway in order to prevent flooding downstream but inadvertently causes flooding upstream, the municipality could be sued, but not the councilors personally. If such suits were possible, no sane person would ever run for office, leaving us under the governance of the insane.

  15. Doesn’t Canada have any ambulance chasing lawyers anymore? I’d think there’d be at least one who smells a big fat settlement from this.

  16. A Mayor has no more power than that laid out in the local governance legislation of the relevant province. Defying the law in a near Banana Republic like Canada is met with the full weight of the state especially with show trials like HRCs. Individuals can’t take on the state head on. Your options are through a grass roots populist political change of the law or underground movements aimed at something quite different. The state enforced mandated celebration of sexual deviance is quite a milestone in the progress of Cultural Marxism and the march through the institutions. The complete tolerance of the Marxist dominance of the humanities faculties over the last 60 years has done its thing.

  17. Emo doesn’t have a flag pole? They should designate a spot in town and invite “Borderland Pride” to lay their flag on the ground there themselves.
