In civilised societies, a ten-year-old cannot consent to anal rape. The boy himself was physically damaged by the encounter and reported to be suicidal. But, as a subsequent Supreme Court jurist put it, for the rapist it was a “one-off incident” and it was important “not to lose your sense of proportion”. Whatever problem it may once have had with sharia, the Austrian judiciary has artfully solved.

One might ask why those “Supreme Court Jurist” wasn’t identified, and put forth for any other shari’ist who is having a “sexual emergency”?

I wonder how big an object the judge can take. Curious if and when he loses his sense of proportion.
Let’s note in passing that in Afghanistan, before it imploded and reverted to Taliban rule, NATO set up an Islamic Republic. It helped write its constitution. The first 3 articles stated that Afghanistan is an Islamic Republic, that Islam was its state religion and that all laws were to be based on sharia. The west is not just passive in the spread of Islam, it is complicit. And yes, the last church was burned down in Afghanistan right under NATO’s nose.

I’ve read your columns for over two decades, and all you’ve ever talked about was “them” coming over here and causing trouble!
But never, ever, ever, ever have I seen in any of your columns and stories talk about stopping them from coming over!

Nor have I ever read or seen in any of your columns talking about Mass deportations, or getting rid of these people that are coming over here in massive numbers.
Every column or story that you have written was the same thing.
Always pointing it out and never giving a solution.
Mark Steyn, by describing the problem so effectively and repeatedly, makes the solution very obvious. He doesn’t have to spell it out does he.
If I say there are too many of them coming over here you automatically know I want them to be stopped from cominng here.
As for talking about deportations he always takes shots at politicos who waffle about the idea or just ignore the whole issue. Lately he’s even taken a couple of jabs at Nigel Farange for softening his position,

Setting up a trap for the CPC in the upcoming election. The libs will be able to claim that they are tough on guns, ignoring that guns and crime are two different issues. Western men need to learn how to be chauvinist again, spreading civilization around the planet and figuring it would catch on hasn’t worked.
Savages do not want to be civilized, which is fine, but they have to be confined to the uncivilized world.
A way needs to be found that will encourage the uncivilized to self deport, liberal racists included.
I don’t think it was the judge saying this. I think it was a judge being forced to say it. By whatever means, these people are owned. Considering the decision we also know the owner.
If I were the parents, I might consider arranging a very serious “one-off incident” for the purp and for the judge too, sufficient to require temporary medical care. Most certainly, there are folks out there to do this.
Perhaps, then, they might have a corrected understanding that “one-off” can equal scarred for life and learn to have “a different sense of proportion”. Most well-brought up 10-year olds are somewhat naive and trusting. To have that relationship with adults spoiled is something that no child should have to endure. Minimization by the court is an egregious error in law and an abominable decision/comment.
Another useful action would be to take steps to have the judge off the bench and disbarred from ever practicing law again. This can be crowd-funded. The judge and the purp can never be remediated.
Most ten year olds that I know and have known are innocent children, my own children and grandchildren included.
Europe (Canada?) would rather destroy itself than retreat from the delusions of multiculturalism.
