    1. First time I’ve ever heard Cenk Uygur speak; he sure does demonstrate that he’s a witless schmo and the epitome of a lyin’ liar.

Also, three huge cheers for Dominik Tarczynski.

  1. Back in the day we did sneak into a drive-in in the trunk of a car. The movie was terrible. Oh well. We left early.

    1. I was smuggled into the drive in in the trunk of my older brother’s dodge with a case of beer and a blanket on top of me.. Almost gassed to death by the exhaust.
Can’t remember what two movies played that night. but I do remember finding my brother behind the popcorn shack towards the end of the night with Mary Ellen, the captain of the girls basketball team on her knees in the gravel.
. He still hasn’t heard the end of that.

  2. Portnoy gets it about right. Trump talked about crime, the economy, the border, the drug epidemic, homelessness, women’s rights (!), and so on. Harris talked about abortion and what a bad man Trump was.

    1. Kind of like votes in Philly for Democrat presidential candidates every four years.

  3. I worked at a drive in in 79 and 80. When we had Up in Smoke the concession stand did a helluva lot of business. I think we booked it four times in those years just for that.

    1. The Democrats peaceful transfer of power

The Biden-Harris team starts to unleash their blackshirts.

  4. Perhaps the FBI should launch an investigation into the disappearance of 14 million Democrat voters.

    1. My guess is they are in unmarked graves. It would be disrespectful to dig them up. Since the FBI did all they could to suppress any idea that the fraud occurred I’m not sure how well that would work. Maybe if they started sweating people where the fraud is obvious like where turnout was close to or exceeded 100 %. Granting suspended sentences to the small fry in exchange for guilty pleas and ratting out the organizers might work as the FBI can usually create a crime where none exists. To process 14 million fake ballots there had to be hundreds if not thousands of conspirators. If one cracks the dominoes will fall.

    2. My sister’s theory is that, in the past, Dems submitted fake ballots on behalf of the “no show” Low Propensity Voters.
This year the LPVs couldn’t be counted on to stay home. They turned out and voted for themselves.

      1. That’s exactly how the steal worked. When they hauled the 800,000 prefilled ballots into Philly from New Jersey after they shut down the polls, loyal conspirators marked 800,000 names off the voters’ roll of people that never voted. All the ballots have likely been destroyed.

    1. The advantage of being “unpredictable” 🙂
Apparently the Huthis also declared a cease fire at shipping; the Isreli defence minister “rseigned/was fired” and the leftist German finance minister thrown out of government.

Remember Putin, Kim Jon, Xi and most other world leaders have previously met Trump and dealt with him. So, I am optimistic about world affairs. His geatest opposition will come from the Deep State in Washington. But this time, Trump is wiser; day one, lots of firings.

    1. I believe it was the campaign for his second term where every single lawn & road sign of his was sans the word, Democrat. He was trying (successfully, apparently) to distance himself from the bastards as much as possible.

And yes, he was a wart on the ass of Montana. Got elected largely because of the college towns: Missoula, Billings, Bozeman. Rurals couldn’t stand him.

  5. This an article about gun violence.

    https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/gun-violence-record-greater-toronto-area-1.7369233

The entire article focuses on guns, illegal guns, where they come from, that they are more common, and how to reduce their numbers.

Not one sentence about the shooters and what to do with them. If you want to reduce shootings, don’t focus on guns, focus on the shooters of the guns and leave them in jail for a long period of time. Shootings will drop dramatically. Meanwhile, good luck with your socioeconomic studies on gun violence and how to keep guns from coming across the border.

  6. I have two fond memories of drive-ins.

The first is attending movies with my whole family when I was about 10 years old. Crowded family car. Horrible audio coming through a speaker that was about 3 tiers worse in sound quality than that of a fast food drive-through speaker.

The second was from high school. I would go to the drive-in with my gf, back the family van up to face the screen, throw open the double back doors, and enjoy the cool summer evening show while reclining on bean bags, and drinking things that I wasn’t supposed to be drinking. Good times. Should be in an Ed Sheeran song.

    1. Perhaps he had consulted with former law professor Elizabeth Warren on the definition of “indigenous”?
