In the past few years, I had the great privilege of visiting many of the American Revolutionary War sites towards the end of the multi-year battle. But it wasn’t until recently, when I spent 5 weeks in Boston, that I got to visit the sites that started it all. Here’s an interesting video entitled Battle of Lexington and Concord: 1775

      1. Oh! Thank you for the laugh – I love the “Hitler Finds Out” satires. I especially loved the line about the sex dolls exploding when penetrated.

    1. Of course Kamala is black. One of her 8 great grandparents is black. 1 out of 8? That’s like 100%, isn’t it? We won’t mention the 3/8 white.

      1. On second thought he might be half black. His maternal grandfather was Irish. His maternal grandmother is black. His father’s family also appears to be mixed but who knows the proportions.

    The establishment’s strategy in the U.S. presidential election is to pretend that the U.S. has a healthy economy, to fool voters into voting for the Democrats. Sometime after the election date something is going to break. I suspect China is going to invade Taiwan. This event, or some other black swan, will topple financial markets. DM.

    This is interesting in the light of Carney being hired as a special advisor and then requesting 10 billion from government and seeking pension investments. You can bet his foundation will only be funding “green” investments, Liberal cronies, and working hard to put oil and gas out of business. We are on the doorstep of a distopia. Hopefully, Trump will be able to throw a monkey wrench in things:

  14. Kate, do you remember during the 2008 American campaign when Sarah Palin said the American Revolution began in 1775? She was excoriated in the press. What a dumbbell! She didn’t even know the American Revolution began in 1776!

    Sometimes I ask people what the first battles of the American revolution were and why they were fought. Almost no one knows. They were, of course, the battles of Lexington and Concord. And why were they fought? The Brits wanted to confiscate weapons and powder from the colonial militias. That’s why, after years of war, the new American government made the Second Amendment – “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

    Are they afraid of a Trump victory? Or are they worried she might win?
