  1. Dane signed contract without understanding it and was sent to war for Russia

Here is a rare Useful Idiot who had the integrity to go all the way… and is now desperate to get out. Too bad that none of the schweinie-lovers who write about “traditional values” here will have enough personal honesty to follow him.

    1. I got one better (sorry no link) a Ukrainian traitor wanted to escape mobilization in Ukraine and run to russia… where he got promptly mobilized to russian army (he claims to have been drunk when signing the papers) and is begging not to be sent to the front.

  2. No comments about Ukraine gaining as much ground in 3 days as Russia has in 3 months at a fraction of the cost? They haven’t been stopped and are using new tactics with new equipment. Apparently Ukraine has jammed everything – comms and drone frequencies – yet Ukrainian drones operate freely? Russian MoD claims the usual all attacks repelled. Russian propagandists are absolutely losing their minds.

    1. You’re always more optimistic than I am. I looks like a raid so far and one that embarrasses Orgrimmar and likely will land Shoigu in a gulag. But nothing suggests that Ukrainians intend to hold that territory for long. It is a brave manouver but that is all we know so far. We know that Ukrainians are having coms issues themselves and Starlink does not work in russian territory. Too early to draw conclusions. I expect that we will know a lot more by the weekend.

      1. I’m not sure the goal either, but they’ve brought a lot more firepower than previous raids. The fact that they’re going full bore with EW tells me a lot.

There’s rumors that another front will be opened around Belgorod. I’m also paying close attention to Vovchansk. They’re very slowly pushing Russia back right now, but that may change.

      2. I think the responsibility is being placed on Gerasimov (intimately known as “general MooMoo”), rather than Shoigu. Gerasimov will probably stay, though – old Poo is dreadfully afraid of a single human-fancying pig starting to suspect that “maybe” the Special Military Operation isn’t going exactly according to plan.

    2. To put it in other terms, time will show if this is Gazala or Kharkov (43) or Kasserine Pass or Ardennes. I don’t think it is the first or the last. Second or third? Possibly. Could be a Tet Offensive too.

    3. I’m still waiting for Flintstone from 20000 BC, who loves the expression “retreating to victory” so much, to come out and say anything. Where’s he got to?

    4. “No comments about Ukraine gaining as much ground in 3 days as Russia has in 3 months at a fraction of the cost? They haven’t been stopped and are using new tactics with new equipment.”

Yeah, that’s probably because the average SDA reader is a bit more intelligent than you (and considerably less demented than Jessica/Surfer). We recognized this right away as a desperate, Hail Mary *distraction* by Ukraine (in the face of the inexorable advance of the Russian military and retreat of Ukrainians almost every day), intended to demonstrate to the world that they are “still in the fight!”…and mostly importantly, to KEEP THE MONEY COMING.

It won’t work, of course. Their grand plan is probably to try and hold the Russian territory long enough to make a offer to ‘swap’ that land back for some of their own (which sounds like a plan you yourself might have come up with…LOL…). The (biggest) problem with that plan is, since they are completely unable to hold *their own* territory, why on earth would they ever believe that they could possibly hold any Russian territory?

Expect the Russians to move to cut off the Ukrainian retreat, then starve them out. Unless this ridiculous move has annoyed Putin to the point where he just decides to annihilate them instead. Either way…it’s not going to end well for Ukraine.

      1. “Expect the Russians to move to cut off the Ukrainian retreat, then starve them out”.
OK, Flinny the Fvсkwit, I shall certainly remember this prediction, too.

BTW, do you realise that it’s almost exactly what the schweinie-lovers like you were saying back in 2022 when the Russians were utterly routed in the Kharkiv region and ran away abandoning their equipment? Or are you, in your on words, “too demented” to remember what happened such a long time ago? Just curious.

” Unless this ridiculous move has annoyed Putin to the point where he just decides to annihilate them instead.”
“Annihilate” like how? Carpet-bomb them with the propeller-driven Tu-95 bombers that even 1970s air-defence systems can detect and shoot down from 100s of miles away? Strike them with ballistic nuclear missiles so that even China will openly turn against him? Order a total mobilisation, which will wreck whatever’s left of his kleptocracy, which they for some reason call “economy”? Or is there any other way? Please do share.

      2. When Freddie from LBC forecasts future with confidence, the odds of opposite outcome go up.

      3. The cope is flowing hard here. You should see the propagandists crying too.

Do you want to know how we all know this is really bad for Russia? Russian propagandists are currently flooding the information space with disinformation. Showing Russian losses as Ukrainian, fake interviews with Ukrainian soldiers, fake war crimes, constantly saying the attack has been halted when it clearly has not, etc.

  3. Canada’s youth unemployment rate has been rising sharply in recent months…

…one of many signs of a coming economic recession(as this article explains).

The business media, like BNN-Bloomberg and the Globe and Mail, have been pushing the idea that the economy will enjoy a “soft landing”. This when a whole string of leading economic indicators show a bad recession is coming. Why? Because we have a coming U.S. election in November, and the media establishment wants to give the false news that every is fine and dandy. Anything for Harris and Walz.

    1. Well, maybe high minimum wages and massive numbers of illegal immigrants help make them unemployable.

    2. I graduated in 1975 to a “less than special” job market. I did have a job in Edmonton, “less than special” pay, no benefits and no vacation pay. I was just happy to have a job. Life improved when I moved to Toronto 2 years later and got a job in 2 days, working for a design company who did discos and hotels – much better!
Yes, I think the “good times” have stopped. My daughter has a very good job, but her company is expecting the IT department to work overtime without pay (on salary, so no OT). She told me that she is just happy to have a job, has worked for them for 4 years now.
My next door neighbor’s son graduated as a mechanical engineer this spring. He had 3 job offers, took this one and is training for the company for the next 6 months.
Things will improve, the trick is to NOT spend money which you do not have. As noted yesterday, hotel/Air B’n’B listings are down, people are right to be concerned about spending money unnecessarily.

  4. back to the Fat INCEL and Jessica thread, bullschitt upon more bullschitt. So fat incel, why are you in here with more than one handle.

  5. Read on the Internet this morning … “climate activists care about the environment as much as Joe Biden cares about America”.

    1. Lmfao did you actually read the link?

“A group of citizens in Georgia DECLARED a State Of Emergency With Georgia Election System. They discovered a VOTER FRAUD in their state and they have receipts to back it up.”

Since when do citizens declare a state of emergency? Ah yes the “receipts” that we keep hearing about, but never seem to materialize.

  7. Thug who helped killers gun down young father in ‘hail of bullets’ is jailed for life for his role in ‘street execution’
    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13707793/thug-helped-killers-gun-father-jailed-life.html

A thug who helped murder a young father who was gunned down in a ‘hail of bullets’ has been jailed for life.

Murtaza Nazir, 26, was blasted with ten shots fired by two gunmen who ambushed him in the street in Stechford, Birmingham on August 28, 2020.

Three bullets hit him in the back and despite the efforts of paramedics Mr Nazir, who had a 10-month-old child, died at the scene.

Shocking audio of the ‘street execution’ was captured on a CCTV camera which helped nail his killers.

Shamrez Khan, 23, and Tahir Zaman, 29, were found guilty of murder and jailed for life back in 2021.

Now a third killer, Akeem Lawrence, 30, has also been convicted of murder and conspiracy to possess a firearm…
