WOW!!
Coulda had a pickle factory…
ahh, some things really warm the heart. Seeing bird shredders shredded themselves is one of those things.
1000% Agreed..!!

Oh My God
How come the windmills in the path of the wind driven storm are hardly moving? That seems pretty inefficient.
They may have feathered off as they do during high winds to prevent self-destruction.
This is correct.
Speaking as an engineer, I was delighted to see some of those turbines get taken down.
Yeah, even a tornado sometimes has a silver lining.
Just ask Dorothy and Toto.
With pieces flying through the air I doubt that helped much.
Golly, I hope there is enough coal, oil and gas to build new wind turbines. s/
This could lead to a crusade by the greenies to build super strong windmills so they can harness all that energy. Impossible, but why worry about that?
First time I’ve ever found myself cheering on a tornado.
Paul, Now THAT made me laff…!!
(And I AGREE 1000%)
Serious case of wind turbine ED!
GOD: You want wind power? Hold my beer….

Whaaaat? Windmills can be destroyed by extreme weather? Who could’ve guessed.
Should have gone nuclear. Smaller target and hardened against pretty much everything. With the exception of putting them in a known tsunami area with insufficient backup systems, of course.
During a nuclear plant licensing renewal hearing in Ontario, one of the anti nuke greenies asked the proponents what precautions were there in the event of a meteor impact. Members of the audience laughed at the question.
Just spitballing here, but I don’t suppose the damage is covered under warranty.
Yea but were those guys vaccinated?
There is drone footage offered right after the live footage.
Right at the end of the drone footage you can vividly see the wind uplift effect on the downwind side of a peaked roof on a barn. The air is clear over the upwind portion of the peaked roof and the condensation due to the pressure drop is dramatic on the downwind side.
Hey tornado, you missed one!
It’s a fun video until you realise that that’s several years of your taxes being blown around. And now you’re on the hook for several years more to rebuild.
Renewable energy capture devices need to be constantly renewed … over and over and over again.
And just think of all the microplastics and toxic resins of the disintegrating fiberglass blades that got scattered to the wind?
Maybe that’s really what they mean by “renewable” – the grift and graft are perpetually renewed!
I’m going to guess that they also wanted to call such technologies “perpetual”, but that was already taken for something else that can’t work either.
Getting the drift!
NEVER forget that al of these “capers” are ALL about the redistribution of wealth.
And ESPECIALLY, the “spillage”.
Couldn’t have happened to a nicer power-generation system.
