On Monday, April 22nd, around 11:30 am, Manitoba RCMP responded to an incident at a daycare facility situated on Morris Avenue in Selkirk. Police received a report detailing an indecent by an individual within the premises, exposing himself before children and staff, before departing the scene on foot. An employee quickly called RCMP and furnished them with a description of the culprit.
So “indecent” isn’t an adjective? Got it.

I think the writer meant to write “incident” but “indecent” works just as well.
