Y2Kyoto: The Texas Blackout

In February 2021, millions of Texans lost power, and the state’s grid came within four or five minutes of a total failure that would have resulted in tens of thousands of deaths.

  1. ” The electric system is a Life support System” —-how TRUE!
And with our reliable system being dismantled for solar and wind—trouble lies ahead!
Anthropogenic climate change is a fraud and to move away from Coal and Natural gas is dangerous!

    1. Bold and Capitalize that. #1 – The Electrical Supply MUST be 100% Reliable to pass as a Life Support System. Wind and Solar fail in that regard miserably.

      1. Martin and Keith, Ontario’s Doug Ford said FU to solar and wind and required that Bruce and OPG build seven new power reactors. This included the repeal of McGuinty’s Green Energy Act of 2009.

Because of solar and wind, the Ontario Liberals have been banished to non-party status two elections running. The Libs and Dips have even lost seats in northern Ontario they held for at least the last 40 years.

The experiences with so-called green energy are the main reason why the Libs/Dips have been getting pounded by Ontario voters for the last five years. It’s the voters’ revenge for being put out of work by these socialist swine.

  2. I am afraid that these grid problems, and the underlying supply problems brought on by the Gaia cult, will not be understood by the masses until there is an event that kills 10’s of thousands, or millions of people. Unfortunately, I believe it will then be too late to save our civilization. I fear for my child and her children. My fervent hope is that the oligarchs who are promoting this entirely avoidable extinction event will not be spared.

    1. It’s a win/win for them. If there should be 10’s of thousands of deaths related to a grid failure, they will promptly put that total in their pseudo-listing of those victimized by Climate Change. The cause is irrelevant and their involvement in that cause will never come up. They are past reasonable consideration and critical thought.

  3. Speaking of preventing deaths, how much do you want to bet this will be illegal in Canada? Treatment of drug addicts that works by using concentrated energy beamed into the nuclues accumbens… please share this. We are unable to get the whole story in Canada from the link in the short;

    1. I did address Climate Change®, Warren. Done and dusted. Documentation follows. We can all move on now.

      Dear Climate.

      Please stop changing.

      Sincerely,
      H.R.

      Dear H.R.,

      No.

      Sincerely,
      The Climate

    2. It’s worth watching.

There is an opportunity to find some common ground with the people arguing that we must take climate change seriously . The 5 part series makes a series case against renewables in favor of nuclear. I can certainly get on board with that even if our reasons differ slightly.

      1. There is no common ground and there are no renewables. Everything requires coal, oil and gas for manufacture. A nuke plant cannot be built without coal, oil, and gas. Just as wind turbines and solar panels cannot be built without coal, oil and gas.
Without fossil fuels millions will die and it will not just be the terminally stupid.
Trudeau, Gilbert and all those in government who want to destroy you and your future have to be removed from government. Cowards need not apply.

        1. Right, I agree except that building nuclear power plants is something both sides might actually agree on. That would be called common ground, regardless of how each side arrived at the same conclusion.

Turf the liberals and you still have decades of work undoing what they’ve done to Canada. PP and his party do not likely have the intestinal fortitude to actually do much of that, so choose things can be agreed upon easily. Like nuclear power plants!

          1. But, they do not want you to have that which is necessary to build them. Therefore there can be no common ground until “they” are under it.

  4. Wow, well done.
There are two kinds of people, those who are awed by technology but understand it’s weaknesses and those who take it all for granted. Jordon Peterson has also commented on this.
What happens if the overdue Carrington event occurs and the impact is international resulting in countries competing for
replacement equipment. That replacement equipment is dependent on long international supply chains. See Bret Weinstein on this topic.
Another cause for concern is the gutting of the working middle class, the people with the skill sets. No wonder that, in the television series, “Jericho”, they went back to cars from the 69s and 70s.
Is this why there are Preppers?
