Why does affordable housing cost more than regular housing? Let me guess. Is it the same reason California spends $90,000 per homeless person so they can live on the street?
I said $90,000. A later story on SDA says $1 million per homeless. They don’t realize that if they quit spending the money the homeless would likely find homes.
