The future of the Republican party is at stake: 25 Republican Governors Band Together To Support Texas In Its Fight To Secure The Border
Twenty-five Republican governors from across the country released a joint statement Thursday afternoon expressing support for the state of Texas as it fights to secure its border with Mexico.
The statement comes as the Biden administration is fighting to stop Texas from securing its borders and preventing millions of illegal aliens from flooding into the state.
“President Biden and his Administration have left Americans and our country completely vulnerable to unprecedented illegal immigration pouring across the Southern border,” the statement, signed by 25 governors, said. “Instead of upholding the rule of law and securing the border, the Biden Administration has attacked and sued Texas for stepping up to protect American citizens from historic levels of illegal immigrants, deadly drugs like fentanyl, and terrorists entering our country.”
“We stand in solidarity with our fellow Governor, Greg Abbott, and the State of Texas in utilizing every tool and strategy, including razor wire fences, to secure the border,” the statement continued. “We do it in part because the Biden Administration is refusing to enforce immigration laws already on the books and is illegally allowing mass parole across America of migrants who entered our country illegally.”

The Texas National Guard is continuing to the hold the line in its standoff with the federal government.
They are still refusing to grant access to any federal agents and are now installing more border barriers.

The contrast between a Trump administration and a Biden administration is becoming very stark.
Major major major major MISSED opportunity here. Governor Abbott should have sent very public invitations to the States of New York, Massachusetts and Illinois asking that they join him in this endeavor. Make the governors of those states go on record NOT supporting him, and then every time they whine about illegals being shipped to their states and cities…bring up the fact that they REFUSED to assist the only State that wanted to help them stem the flow.

BTW, Governor Abbott opened a second front in the border wars. Beginning last October, TX started stringing razor wire along the TX NM border so Democrat New Mexico Governor Michelle Grisham can not direct illegals east into Texas. Grishham will have to spend state tax money on “migrants” entering her state. I’m liking Abbott for VP.
I am about 5 hours from Eagle Pass. Migrants camping on the Mexican half of the International bridges near me in Progresso. Have heard the same happening on the bridge between Brownsville and Matamoros. There are trucker convoys rallying to meet up at Eagle Pass, TX, Yuma, AZ and San Ysidro, CA on Feb. 03. Of course, crickets from the MSM.

Canadian provinces are rebelling against the Trudeau Liberal government. American states are rebelling against Biden. Truckers and farmers have been rebelling in various countries over the past couple years. Why? Because governments have forgotten that they need the consent of the governed.
It’s a declaration of war by the State of Texas and those states supporting them against the federal government. Forbidding federal agents to act within a state’s territory regardless of their statutory powers is nothing less than breaking the peace of the nation which has existed since 1865. The bombardment of Fort Sumter in 1861 was the expelling federal agents from territory claimed by the state of South Carolina. So do not pretend that this is a good thing unless you understand what can follow afterwards.
Well then Biden can activate the military. That’ll go over well in an election year.

Your question should be why Biden has completely opened up the border. That’s what you should be asking. Trump had the border under reasonable control….it is completely OUT of control under Biden and yet the laws are the same now as they were under Trump. Nice try, though.

He did. He built 458 miles of it (despite all the roadblocks the Democrats threw at him) before Joe Biden stopped construction in the first few hours after taking office.

I know I’m spitting into the wind here but the Carlson, RFK interview is chilling, even though it’s months old. RFK has spent time at the border interviewing migrants, LEOs, charitable organizations, residents… He has flipped his position on the wall. Lots of open border fantasists believe that the migrants are struggling nuclear families from the Americas. They are a small minority.
In reality,The migrants are military age men from the Stans, China, and Africa, primarily Ghana. He even mentions the “rape tree”. It’s only 7 minutes starting around the one hour mark.
