The Justice Centre is pleased to announce that the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) has ruled in favour of nurse Leah McInnes following an October and November 2023 disciplinary hearing. The Investigation Committee of the CRNS had charged Ms. McInnes with spreading “misinformation” because she had voiced her concerns about vaccine mandates. The outcome vindicates her right to professionally advocate for medical ethics and evidence-based health policy.
“This is a significant victory for free expression and democratic participation. Nurses, doctors, psychologists, teachers, lawyers, engineers and all Canadians who work in a regulated profession have the freedom to advocate for their beliefs and should not face threats from their own professional association or professional regulator,” stated John Carpay, President of the Justice Centre.
Ms. McInnes had been charged by the CRNS’s Investigation Committee, which investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct complaints, for her social media advocacy and for protesting vaccine mandates. The Investigation Committee’s broad allegation against Ms. McInnes was that her advocacy, including her use of the common term “vaccine mandate,” amounted to “misinformation.”
Ms. McInnes is a mother of two and has been a Registered Nurse in Saskatchewan since 2013.

Yup….the Colleges of Physicians and Quacks needs to be raked over the coals. They acted like complete dictators… dictating to doctors that they must NOT provide medical exemptions despite the fact that they have never seen the patient themselves. They need to be torn down to the ground.

Expect a mandate out of Ottawa any minute now, overriding this decision.
When the vaccines were rolled out we quickly learned that they did not prevent the vaxxed suckers from getting Covid or passing it along. It didn’t prevent them from getting myocarditis either. That, among other horrible side effects.
We also learned that with no vaccines one had better than a 99% chance of survival.
We also learned that the drug dealers who bought off governments and media had their goons vilify and outlaw a couple of existing drugs that WERE effective …
Many of the very old who died might have lived with better care and Ivermectin.
I suspect the professional associations were also bought off. I would like to know if groups like the Manitoba Medical Association and the Canadian Medical Association also got money for promoting the vaccine and punishing dissent. If they were every member needs to be removed and the association needs to be reformed. Until this investigation is done, not one professional association in any of the medical fields can ever be trusted again by anyone, especially the professionals they supposedly represent and license.
While I’m at a look at the professional associations of lawyers who let family lawyers use the jab as a lethal weapon in divorce wars is also in order. Also every union that refused to defend their members against mandates needs investigation.
Just a clarification. The Medical Associations are intended to represent physicians, but they do not license physicians. Licensing is the role of the provincial Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons, whose mandate is professional self-regulation and protection of the public. Your point/question is valid. I’m just pointing out that, for example, the Saskatchewan Medical Association and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan are separate organizations with different roles. Other health professions have similar splits. The CRNS (the villain in this story) is different than the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses.

Justin, I’m of the opinion that you are correct about people and associations being bought off, as well many others were blackmailed and coerced. A prime example I think, was of the Barry and Honey Sherman case where they were murdered. They owned a generic pharma company, and were, I believe, killed because they wouldn’t join in to the great covid scam to rake millions from the public while scaring them silly to promote those profits. If we could dig deep enough, I think you might find the WEF/WHO/UN and their cronies were the manipulators of all of this. They think of us all as the great herd of useless eaters, that need to be treated like cattle, and pushed into their new techno feudal society where they run things for their benefit, not ours!

Further to your opinion of the Shermans murder. There have been a number of other murders of generic drug manufacturers. The Shermans were not alone.
I have lost all respect for the medical industry. I believe nothing they say. Even my GP said she believed the vaxxes were effective. She said she has had 5 shots and she’s fine. She said that there was no evidence of any harm done. End of discussion. Blind faith!
Saskatchewan. I wouldn’t expect an outcome like this anywhere else.
Why? Saskatchewan was front and centre on the mandates too. They were one of two provinces along with BC that said you were unvaccinated for 21 days after the jab so anything that happened in 21 days was unrelated to the jab. It was bad enough to do it for 14 days like the rest of Canada but Saskatchewan went the extra mile of misrepresentation on that one.
Scott Moe may be doing a great job but he was still an active participant and supporter of the pandemic crimes against humanity and he still needs to be brought to justice for his crimes.
And where might a citizen find the names of the members of this “enlightened” body?
They have chosen to wrap themselves in the authority of a self policing body..name them all.

Ah, yes. The anonymity that encourages the omnipotent busy bodies in their self appointed task to rule everything they so choose. It should be mandatory that all decisions , dictates, rulings by any inanimate “College”, “Committee”, “Board” or similar entity have to be accompanied by the signatures, names, positions, bios of those who made the decision. Failure to do so would render the dictate invalid. But that would be too simple and open. And who will compensate this Lady for what she and her family have suffered at the hands of these wannabee tyrants. A society can only survive if there are consequences of consequence for bad behaviour.
They have a long history of lying and this small set back won’t stop them at all.

I’m guessing that the widespread publicity this case garnered helped the Discipline Committee see the wisdom in delivering a sane verdict. Extremist ideologies rarely present well in full daylight.

SK may not be perfect, and Scott Moe may have went along with the crowd when the crowd didn’t know any better, but SK is still a few rungs up above Ontario on the freedom ladder, and when change does comes it will come to provinces like SK first.
Moe has already proven he’ll fold like a cheap lawn chair as soon as the feds put some pressure on him. Don’t count on it.

The idiots who attacked her,were the The Investigation Committee of the CRNS ,a subgroup..
So the CRNS’s main offence would be allowing their own Gestapo to run riot?
And failing to make their victim whole,by paying all her expenses and damages,caused by their flunkies?
