The Colleges of Quacks and Surgeons should be torn to the ground. Those pricks were ordering doctors to essentially NOT practice medicine….it was the front line doctors who were seeing patients and not the morons sitting in the plush seats at the Quack College dictating to the doctors what they must do and what they must NOT do.
