I just spent 2 weeks “back home” in Vancouver. There was an elevator I frequently used which had one of those Information Monitors in it. The following ad kept appearing:

Do you see anything wrong with this ad? How about everything?!
It refers to this event. But this story, as just one of countless examples, is written in such a way to spin a narrative that is palatable for both those who run CBC News and the Trudeau regime. Yet it undoubtedly works perfectly to fool all of the unquestioning NPCs across our once great land.
Not to mention, comments from readers are blocked. I haven’t intentionally sought out a CBC story for years

Wafer, I read very few places where I cannot add my two cents worth. I never read CBC or web sites that will not allow input.

It’ll tie in nicely with CBC’s defunding / sale to private interests. Yes I know most folks here say the CBC is without any value, however they do own some buildings. Some company could even buy them! Though for less than 2% of the Canadian Tv market I can’t see an offer being much above the building’s actual values…

Much more than that, Marc. CBC has a lot of value locked up in its broadcast bandwidth. It has radio frequencies and open television frequencies for which it has broadcasting licences. These are all valuable.

Perhaps a revamped Sun News Network could purchase a few studios, for a song, and, replace the CRTC with adults, or better yet, gut it and wear its hide as a trophy!

The CBC is all Eastern Canada lefty. Canada is a big country and now has different values/views.

What’s right with it? How about an organization doing their own work and their own advertising.

I think everyone who needs to advertise on radio, television, or newspapers should band together and demand these media outlets pay them for the content.
Of course this is the same CBC that thought they should be paid by the cable companies who were forced to carry them, despite the primary reason for getting cable was to avoid watching CBC,
