1. As I have said, Ruϟϟischeschweinen expansionism has no natural limits and only stops where you stop it. Which is why Ukraine is an unmistakable case of “fighting them over there so that you won’t have to fight them over here”.

1. And by the way, you’re wrong about ‘you aren’t going anywhere to fight anyone “no matter what”’. I have no plans to go to Ukraine, but if the war gets to me, unlikely as it is, I am prepared to take arms.

1. @Surfer – “but if the war gets to me, unlikely as it is, I am prepared to take arms.”

Yea, yea, of course you will Surfer, you’re a big boy now.

Of course isn’t it better to “fighting them over there so that you won’t have to fight them over here”????

2. Just another tough ready fighter, sitting at his keyboard, supporting the meatgrinder war until the last Uke is immolated.
Effin Coward. C’mon punk, go LARPing in Ukraine.
The propaganda has sucked you in, totally.

2. A German only does the good and decent thing when a Jew has a knife att the German’s throat or a Slav has a pistol pointed at the German’s temple.

There’s a reason the Czechs threw out their Germans after the war, the same reason the Czechs support Israel now. The Czechs know how it is to have an ethnic fifth column in your own country happy to do the bidding of your enemies. The ethnic Germans, not the Jews, were the misfortune of Europe. The Russians saved your countrymen from extermination, and liberated the camps to boot.

From a Jew’s lips to God’s ears, I say.

1. Yawn. Find me an anthropologist who dares to say that Putin, Medvedev, Shoigu, Lavrov, Surkov and suchlike “Russians” are Slavs and it’ll be one who either bought his diploma or sold his dignity. Or both.

In any case, the posts of that mental case (pardon my tautology) currently identifying as “Kahane Tzedek” only show what reasonable people knew already: russische schweine can find excuse to conquer and subjugate just anyone on this planet and still look moral in their own eyes or the eyes of schweinie-loving UIs (useful idiots).

1. Hey surfer COLON
(Via NBC) – WASHINGTON — U.S. and European officials have begun quietly talking to the Ukrainian government about what possible peace negotiations with Russia might entail to end the war, according to one current senior U.S. official and one former senior U.S. official familiar with the discussions.

1. No, it’s you love of Ruϟϟischeschweinen propaganda showing today. Nobody knows what a Russian is, least of all you. But most certainly they are not Slavs.

2. @Surfer – “Find me an anthropologist who dares to say………“Russians” are Slavs”

Is that your Bigotry using “Slav’s” as a linguistic group or your Racism as a genetic group showing today?

1. Whatever. I believe my eyes more than I do Wikipedia. I repeat, find me an anthropologist who dares to say that Putin, Medvedev, Shoigu, Lavrov, Surkov and suchlike “Russians” are Slavs and it’ll be one who either bought his diploma or sold his dignity. Or both

3. “In any case, the posts of that mental case (pardon my tautology) currently identifying as “Kahane Tzedek” only show what reasonable people knew already: russische schweine can find excuse to conquer and subjugate just anyone on this planet and still look moral in their own eyes or the eyes of schweinie-loving UIs (useful idiots).”

This one is a special case even among orc supporters. Recall a series of particularly amusing posts when he performed as “The Awful Truth”. First, he explained that no women will go to heaven. Second, he explained that grown up men have no time for sex. Third, (benefits of posting drunk) he let it slip that his wife left him for a women and that he is buried in alimonies, fortunately he lives in a rent controlled apartment. Comedy gold, I know, but also indicative of what kind of sexually dysfunctional losers support orc genocide of the civilized.

He is different than Pauline. Pauline could not care less about orcs or the genocide they are committing. Pauline just wants to drown the signal because Pauline wants people to focus on globalists and globalists only as globalists are the only enemy. A binary idiot in other words. As rabid as he is limited.

Then there is Freddie from LBC, who just desperately wants people to think of him as smart despite the fact that he is an imbecile out of his debt in the puddle of his own drool. He too has no allegiance to russia, just allegiance to his own half baked, half witted theories.

Those three seem the most prolific lately.

Dusty is just a senile old fart stuck on a one liner.

GYM/Satan/NME 666 is just rabid in general and inconsequential.

DCH and BDSM are russians, viewing gullible useful idiots like Pauline or Freddie with utter contempt and enjoying the spectacle of them turning on the civilized.

1. Huh, how profound.

Yea, the Globalists are the number one enemy to our civilization, who gives a crap about anyone else’s civilization. They can fix their own messes on their own dime.

They’ve only been at it for 5000 years of recorded history in the Middle East, and as long as that in the Pontic–Caspian steppe judging by archaeological records.

Take a hard look at what is around you today verses yesterday if your older than 25 and seriously not know who your enemy really is, where your money and political efforts should go.

All this other foreign sh*t is bigoted tribal crap brought on us by “woke” Multiculturalism shoved in our face. Over 100 ethnicity’s live in Canada or the US – they either need to join a cultural “melting pot” or f*ck off and go home.

2. Ok so you just confirmed everything I said and admitted to being a binary moron. Freddie, your turn, admit to your limitations.

3. @Colonialista – “admit to your limitations.”

LOL – Let’s look at your “limitations”,

You remind me of some Nigerian guy approaching me on the street and asking for $100.00 because back in his home country the neighboring tribe killed a few of his own clan 60 years ago and he needs to send bullets to his long lost relatives to “get them back”.

Simply another tribal inbred schmuck still living in the Poland of his ancestors and about as traditionally un-Canadian as one can be. You’re just another Nigerian with a tribal grudge sponging off the rest of us to settle old family scores.

At least the Irish Canadians/ Americans of the 70’s & 80’s had the sense & decency to send their own money out of pocket to fund the IRA.

Then of course, you don’t have the intelligence, possibly it’s just blind bigotry, to understand that you’re in complete lock-step with the people that manipulated this whole tribal mess for their own enrichment and benefit. The same people who sh*t all over you on a daily bases but know what buttons to push to make you nod and jump like a good little sheeple.

That’s what they do best “divide and conquer” by creating tribal divisions, new ones every day, then manipulate as they incrementally steal everything from you including your freedom.

You aren’t getting rich pal, your cities aren’t getting safer, you lose a little more freedom & “privilege” every day but spend your time obsessing over killing Russians way off in another land. As if young Russian people even have a memory of the past or care. It’s a sad pathetic state to cooperate with “woke” culture and its benefactors and not even have the commonsense to know it.

4. “Then there is Freddie from LBC, who just desperately wants people to think of him as smart despite the fact that he is an imbecile out of his debt in the puddle of his own drool.”

OOps…did you mean to say “his DEPTH” and “in A puddle”?

Again: PROOFREAD before you post, loser. You want them to laugh at me, not you, right?…

5. So to recap: Pauline admits only to pretend to support genocide because he wants to normalize genocide, so people no longer talk about genocide and focus on the greater evil of globalization. How deliciously bizarre and twisted is this case?

Imagine being an orc like DCH or BDSM, genuinely supporting your orc side. Can you even phantom finding someone for whom you have greater contempt than for Pauline? Can you imagine a more gullible and more useful idiot? You’re being played like the bottommost bitch. You lick your lips in anticipation of a Dirty Sanchez.

And what do you do to fight globalization? Nothing, you just hysterically throw feces at people who do not share your single minded obsession.

6. @Colonialista

Yea, no one buys your “genocide” bullsh*t – sorry.

“Watch those little Japs, they’ll genocide you if you don’t buy a Honda” – colonista dreaming.

7. Freddie, you must be confused, I don’t want people to laugh at you. I don’t care about you enough to worry what other people think off you. Anyone that knows you, sees your limitations, anyway. Also, you’re just a prop here.

8. Pauline, no point to backpedal now. You don’t care if genocide occurs, so don’t bother arguing that what is occurring isn’t occurring, if you just want to impotently cry about globalism either way.

9. @Colonista – “You don’t care if genocide occurs”.

Sure I care, I just don’t believe your garbage that the Russians have any intention on “genocide” for Ukrainians. A few Nazi’s put on trial perhaps, especially any that are found to have committed war crimes in the Donbass from 2014 – 2021, but no others.

That is why there are plenty of Ukrainians still living peacefully in Russia today, with 100 other ethnic groups. They have family on both sides of the conflict and many commuted and travelled freely between countries before all this BS occurred.

So yea, utter Bullsh*t.

10. “Sure I care, ”

No you don’t. No only you have been presented multiple times with evidence of genocide and hysterically threw it away but above you stated that what is happening in Ukraine is not your problem. You can’t have it both ways. Yes orcs are committing genocide, no you do not want to hear about because it distracts from your anti globalist quest, How is that quest going btw? What have you done to stop globalization?

11. We circling back to the Holodomor and the Ukrainian Reichskommissariat/ Waffen SS again already, or just back to autocracies by the Azov nationalists in Donbass?

“What have you done to stop globalization?’ – one small nazi supporter at a time, it’s a long road but we’ll get there.

12. We’re not circling back anywhere and you have done nothing to sop globalization that you oh so oppose as the greatest threat you allegedly face. Meanwhile, you demand that when someone opposes Pootin they volunteer for the trenches. Cringe and contradictions are your domain.

13. Ukrainians are dying and you push for more to die everyday, not one word of peace – that’s a cowards world regardless of how you delude yourself.

1. At least Russia appears to have the brains to use prisoners instead of civilians as “meat”.

Latin & South American governments just send their dead weight prisoners to North America through Open Borders.

You truly do have a disconnect with how war works and military history, but keep going it’s entertaining.

1. Yea, yea – deflect as if no armies in history conscripted prisoners and used them as “cannon fodder”.

Look no further than the French Foreign legion for overlooking escaped prisoners or criminals on the run. Otherwise the British have used them at least as early as the American revolution, the Napoleonic wars, and as late at WW1.

“Likely to make good soldiers’: mobilizing Britain’s criminal population during the First World War”

“During the First World War Britain’s criminals were mobilized in much the same way as the rest of society. Courts allowed defendants to avoid prison if they enlisted, while borstal boys, and later adult prisoners, were also granted early release. Although enlistment offered a chance for rehabilitation, criminals were also desirable due to their violent nature, and enlisting them reduced the cost of imprisonment at a time of straitened economic circumstances”

1. Like I said random, irrelevant, pretend thoughts. But hey, if you want to argue that russia is an 18th century absolute dictatorship then be my quest. Peter the Great dragged russia kicking and screaming into the 18th century. Pootin wants to be another Peter the Great and he too is dragging russia into 18th century. All the more reason to eliminate russia.

2. I have no problem with convicts earning an early release and rolling some dice to do it.

Armies are made to kill not hand out rainbow kisses, so alleviating some overcrowded prisons and giving them a shot at redemption for society seems logical to me.

As with other countries including Russia, I think it sensible to have limits on how many and how severe the criminal is before getting the opportunity. Like no Ted Bundy’s, they still get the chair sort of thing.

3. Now you’re distracting from the original post. Of course being a pathetic whore you can’t help but to do it. This isn’t bout about violent convicts redeeming themselves… then hilariously being released and slaughtering their own families or other orcs back home. This is about disposable troops, the one time use meat thrown into the grinder. The troops used for orc wave attacks (just ask Freddie, he loves to bang that drum).

2. “This isn’t bout about violent convicts redeeming themselves”

It can be, the US had plenty of prisoners in WW2 who volunteered for blood donations, making uniforms, sort mail, and otherwise give something back to their nations war effort. The British claimed the same.

Regardless, I don’t think any of the volunteers have any illusions that they are going to work the canteen baking cookies for the troops on the front, they get a Storm Z patch and thrown to the wolves so to speak – anyway that’s how it works. You really aren’t all that up on how any of this works are you.

1. It’s always been that way in mortgage contracts. It isn’t new.
The banks are more apt to work with clients in trouble than to take their homes with massive mortgages, in a falling market. The banks don’t want underwater homes either, believe it or not.

2. Ukraine is in trouble. With the ME occupying the news cycle the ukes have been relegated to the back burner.

Last month when Z was in the US he was denied a Congressional address. He’s come to the realization that if he can’t get what he want’s out of the Yanks ( militarily) before next November it’s over for him.

The June offensive fizzled with the ukes unable to penetrate the ruskie line. They are now engaged in an attritional winter war with the prospect of running out of ammo and then… troops.

Their eurotrash neighbors have tired of them and are reluctant of further support. Increasingly the prospect of a forced peace is becoming reality along with loss of land. The war will then ‘end’ and the next 100 years will consist of throat slitting their ruskie brothers.

If Z is forced to capitulate he will be hated and will have to go into hiding. He will probably end up like Trotsky with an axe in his skull.

If they find it actually works well on orcs, they should give a few hundreds to Poland, Lithuania and Latvia (whose borders with Belarus are under constant attack by illegals, most of whom have valid visas to Russia). They would probably be even more useful to the USA and several Western Europeqan countries, but getting them to employ those will be difficult.

When it was actual (Jewish) refugees fleeing persecution, and not terrorists and Jew-killers with names like Chomiak fleeing justice, Canada’s response was None is Too Many.

In Israel, Canadians are subject to Israeli law. The Canadians of convenience made their choice to give aud comfort to Israel’s enemies. Let them pay the price for it.

It does a man’s heart good to see the abject terror in the eyes of Arabs as they phone in to credulous CBC reporters, having realized that, at long last, the patience of the Zionists has come to an end.

Submitted for your approval:

One little Arab princess is wailing that she’s lost all hope that she’ll get through this alive. All she had to do was agree to obey Jewish law in a Jewish country, and she would have been left in peace.

Now it is Israeli children who can live in hope of a bright future where Jewish children will never have to live in fear just because they’re Jews.

The Arab sow can burn in hell, and take the CBC with her.

6. Summary of the Avdiyivka assault so far: https://twitter.com/DefenceHQ/status/1720740978493948253

Over the past three weeks, Russia has likely lost around 200 armoured vehicles during its assaults on the Donbas town of Avdiivka. This is likely due to a combination of relative effectiveness of Ukraine’s modern hand-held anti-armour weapons, mines, uncrewed aerial vehicle-dropped munitions, and precision artillery systems.

In response, Russian forces have highly likely switched to conducting dismounted infantry-based assaults in this sector. Ukrainian forces faced similar tactical challenges as the attacking force over the summer.

Like previous Russian offensives, the Avdiivka assaults have often been characterised by advances across open ground, leading to high losses. It is plausible that Russia has suffered several thousand personnel casualties around the town since the start of October 2023. Russia’s leadership continues to demonstrate a willingness to accept heavy personnel losses for marginal territorial gains.

The last sentence probably summarises Russia’s version of “victory” as presented by some posters here

1. That looks like a Copy & Paste statement of Ukraine’s Spring Offensive! Propagandists are frigging lazy to be sure.

1. Something akin to this, read it all it’s like ping pong but in print.

“Heavy casualties – The army sent infantry and armored units to attack the Russian lines across uncleared minefields and without suppressing enemy fire. The brigades were shredded by opposing forces, and the commanders were severely criticized internally for the unnecessary losses.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has acknowledged that the much-discussed “spring counteroffensive” was delayed as his forces worked to incorporate new Western military equipment and training. Speaking virtually at the Aspen Security Forum in Colorado, he said they waited “because, frankly, we had not enough munitions and armaments and not enough properly trained brigades.”

Now, breaking through Russian lines across the dense minefields in the east and the south will almost certainly inflict high casualties on Ukrainian troops, U.S. officials and experts said.”

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/investigations/ukraine-war-counteroffensive-russia-success-failure-rcna98054

1. Nope, no similarities. Once Ukrainians saw their armour getting hit before it could hit the enemy, they changed tactics quickly. Russian continued using (and losing) armour for much longer. That was discussed in the analysis I posted earlier.

2. Surfer, you can’t convince Pauline as Pauline knows from the start that it is lying. That whore just trolls to drown the signal and discourage people from posting things Pauline does not approve. Insult it, ridicule it, remind it of its sub humanity but don’t bother convincing it as if it was your equal interested in an honest argument. It lacks the capacity.

2. “The last sentence probably summarises Russia’s version of “victory” as presented by some posters here”

You sure do like your weasel words, don’t you? You see the writing on the wall now even if your buddy Colon can’t, and you’re practicing your backpedaling already in preparation for the INEVITABLE peace negotiations. Wise move, for a Simpleton ™.

1. @Fred from BC – “even if your buddy Colon can’t”

I disagree, Colonista has been practising his back peddling for a little while already, just more subtly.

Guess that comes with much bolder claims to defend.

1. “I disagree, Colonista has been practising his back peddling for a little while already, just more subtly.

Guess that comes with much bolder claims to defend.”

Good catch, Paul. I hadn’t even noticed that.

In all honesty, though, I find myself really enjoying the sight of the two dimmest of the Simpletons ™ desperately and blindly lashing out in every direction the way they have been for the last couple of weeks. I know that probably makes me a bad person, taking pleasure in the public embarrassment of the intellectually challenged…but I just can’t help it. 😉

2. LOL, you never stop putting an ASS (i. e. yourself) in ASSuming. You didn’t even get that it was a quote from a British intelligence report, which I had not changed in any way.

Obviously, they don’t have the exact numbers of vehicles or personnel the orcs lost, so they only assess it based on the info they have. The fact that the heaps of armour and hosts of mobix have been lost by orcs at Adviyivka isn’t disputed by anyone in his right mind. I have already posted a link to OSINT count based on available videos and photos, I believe it was 186 Russian vehicles confirmed lost. Good enough for you (no weasel words here)?

Please continue your mission of making a fool of yourself while calling others simpletons.

3. BTW have you heard that orcs are attacking Vuhledar again? Apparently with the same results as before. When I read the headline I thought someone reposted news from a year ago but it turns out to be a new effort. Ukraine is doing the civilized world an enormous favor by getting rid of huge quantities of that vermin.

1. Yes, I’ve heard that. A column of armour with a mine-clearing vehicle at its head was smashed to bits there.

1. I am waiting for the derivatives to come home to roost as it were. There is more in those bogus “investments” than the all the wealth on the planet.

1. David, it’s not (just) the US. Interest rates were so low for so long because the Chinese were buying USG bonds. Now the Chinese are broke and can’t afford to cover the bad cheques of their bootlickers in the US Democratic party any more.

The people controlling Joe Biden now have three choices, each one worse than the last.

1. Force the Democrats of Woke Wall Street, Hollywood and Silicon Valley to pay their fair share of the taxes DC strictly enforce only on people who work for a living, and start a great depression.

2. Cut off the entitlements of the riff-raff who thrust Democrats into office, and start a race war that will make Gaza look like a beach resort.

8. When listening to Dear Leader’s “Finance Minister” screech about Alberta Damaging the Canadian Pension Plan..I realized Alberta is right.

As the Finance Minister from Alberta has said;
“Show me the numbers for your argument”.
Instead?
Panic.
And FUD,aimed at the taxpayer.
Would be amusing if the Canadian Pension Fund was not just another Government Lie.
Separation.

9. I think recommending the Covid vaccine for babies and young people is blatantly irresponsible, but that is what we are getting ftom Health Canada. The government has never addressed the issue of vaccine safety. Suggest writing to your MP: https://palexander.substack.com/p/baby-killers-health-canada-killer
They will continue to ignore the problems if prople are complacent. The NCI Interim report details the carelessness with which the vaccines were originally approved, and red flags regarding safety and effectiveness continue to be ignored.

1. @Fred from BC

A little “cart before the horse” – would need to hear Russia agree to any of it first. For all we know they may not think it’s enough yet.

I’m guessing territory wise almost enough, NATO exemption in Ukraine likely enough, “de-militerization” hard to tell, but they definitely still have a nazi problem to rectify.

Also not clear is if they are truly in some sort of “grand alliance” with ME & Brics nations to weakening the west now. Support during hard times goes both ways. If so then it would be beholden on them to keep it going for awhile yet.

1. Why would Russia agree to a peace treaty?

According to some folks here the Russians are winning. So why would they stop fighting?

1. Don’t know why, that’s what I’m asking/ speculating.

Also don’t know if their “winning or not”, could care less actually, but do want to see it end quickly. Hopefully with some sort of sustainable Peace deal. We would need some adults in government to make that happen so it’s unlikely to happen anytime soon.

1. @joe – “How could a peace deal be sustainable?”

Don’t know, that’s the Diplomats job if we had any proper Diplomats left. Otherwise both sides look at it as a way to buy time to rearm or think the other side will. Not allot of incentive for the side with the upper hand to make any deals.

Regardless England & France have worked it out over the centuries as well as the US & Britain. I can think of a whole host of countries that killed each other for a few centuries and seem to get along ok fine today.

2. “Why would Russia agree to a peace treaty?

According to some folks here the Russians are winning. So why would they stop fighting?”

Because they have already gotten as much as they wanted, because war is expensive, because they want to be seen as being reasonable, because they are tired of losing people…all kinds of *obvious* reasons spring to mind.

A better question it this: why do you keep asking such inane questions?

2. “@Fred from BC

A little “cart before the horse” – would need to hear Russia agree to any of it first. For all we know they may not think it’s enough yet.”

Yeah, that’s true….my bad. Now that Putin has them on the ropes he may not be in any mood to let them off the hook until he has taken more territory (some of which he will then magnanimously offer back during the negotiations).

1. See Fred from BC above. He says it’s not a stalemate. Somebody lost.

Fred, does this mean somebody won?

1. “See Fred from BC above. He says it’s not a stalemate. Somebody lost.

Fred, does this mean somebody won?”

Yes. Whether or not Putin wants to push for even more territory is entirely up to him at this point, but he has effectively already won now that a concerted effort to force peace talks has begun.

(“stalemate”, in this case, actually translates to “continued war of attrition”, which Russia cannot lose…)

There were only ever two ways for this conflict to end: people like you believed that if you just kept funneling more money and weaponry into Ukraine, that the valiant, plucky Ukrainian army would defeat the Russians and drive them back across their own border…people like me knew that was impossible, and that the only end would be through peace negotiations and territorial concessions.

1. Fred

“People like me…”. So you’re a mind reader?

“The only way the war would end is though peace negotiations and. territorial concessions.”

It can end in a variety of ways:
a) a war of attrition much like the Russian victory in Afghanistan. Oh right they “won” but then gave up and went home.
b) Russians get tired of dead and injured soldiers and someone overthrows Putin.
c) Ukrainians overthrow the current government (either by themselves of with Russian collaborators). But I think many Ukrainians would continue some kind of guerilla warfare.
d) Ukrainians drive Russians out of Ukraine
e) Russian forces overwhelm Ukraine.
f) Belarus attacks Ukraine from the north
g) Russia drops a nuke on a Ukrainian city
A little thought could come up with additional possibilities.

I don’t think either side would honor a peace deal. In a few years they’d be back at it again.

If there was a peace deal, Russia would rearm much faster than Ukraine, as there would be now need for billions of dollars of western weapons to flow to a country at peace that can’t pay for the weapons. In five or so years, Russia would be rearmed, retrained, and could finish what they started.

On the Ukrainian side, some sort of resistance movement would emerge after a peace deal and carry out attacks against Russia.

1. “On the Ukrainian side, some sort of resistance movement would emerge after a peace deal and carry out attacks against Russia.”

True, but they’ve been through that before, think Chechnya, old hat for Russia.

Otherwise they might get along better than most give them credit. Some say that is why Putin has been “gentlemanly” in his approach to the conflict, as in thinking of the future living with Ukrainians again. Meaning not levelling the place with large munitions and keeping it civil on a defended organized front.

Contrary to the Russia haters here, Russia does indeed have much larger munitions to bear than have been used, and not used them indiscriminately on Ukrainian cities. Military objectives, sometimes within or near a city, but they could do much more.

I don’t know I’m not a Putin mind reader, but what I do know is that alternative explanations for things appear differently when you let the bigotry and one sided propaganda go.

2. Paul

I’d hardly call Putin’s middle attacks of cities ‘gentlemanly’

In this day of precision missles, why it Putin hitting apartment buildings?

And Chechnya showed Putin’s brutality (so perhaps we are in agreement there).

3. Both sides are hitting apartment buildings. Obviously ‘gentlemanly’ in the constraints of winning a war and staying within certain boundary’s.

Putin’s audience isn’t the west, they gave up on giving a rats @ss what the west thinks long ago. Their audience is the immediate geographical area along with their trading partners in BRICS & OPEC. So it’s important to appear to those groups to be civil in war and not outwardly brutish. Despite how MSNBC spins it.

War is always ugly, and it can also be downright savage, we haven’t truly seen savage yet outside of some field trenches.

4. “People like me…”. So you’re a mind reader?”

No such thing, and unnecessary in this case even it it were possible…. you’ve made your beliefs quite clear already.

“The only way the war would end is though peace negotiations and. territorial concessions.”

It can end in a variety of ways:
a) a war of attrition much like the Russian victory in Afghanistan. Oh right they “won” but then gave up and went home.”

Yes, that is one way.

“b) Russians get tired of dead and injured soldiers and someone overthrows Putin.”

You would have to know little or nothing about Russia or Russians to believe that.

“c) Ukrainians overthrow the current government (either by themselves of with Russian collaborators). But I think many Ukrainians would continue some kind of guerilla warfare.”

Same outcome: negotiations over territory. And very few people would still be willing (or able) to wage any kind of guerilla war.

“d) Ukrainians drive Russians out of Ukraine”

LOL…now you’re just fantasizing.

“e) Russian forces overwhelm Ukraine.”

Possible, but unlikely.

“f) Belarus attacks Ukraine from the north”

Ridiculous.

“g) Russia drops a nuke on a Ukrainian city”

Incredibly ridiculous.

“A little thought could come up with additional possibilities.”

That’s nice…space aliens come down and intervene, perhaps?

I’m only interested in *plausible* possibilities…and a negotiated peace agreement and territorial concessions are BY FAR the most likely outcome.

5. Fred

Surely you know by now that trying to predict the outcome of a war is fools game?

Re ‘plausible possibilities’:
No one expected the Afghans to drive Russia out of Afghanistan.

My point is simple: I don’t know which outcome will happen, and with respect neither do you.

I don’t think a negotiated peace settlement will result in peace. I think within five years, Putin (if he’s still alive) will reinvade Ukraine. And Ukrainian guerillas will attack Russia in the meantime.

6. @joe

If you are correct, it sure doesn’t sound like allot of peace for Ukraine anyway you slice it.

One thing for certain, Ukraine will never occupy Russia, and if NATO somehow helped with “boots on the ground” and somehow invaded Russia without getting nuked, that same guerrilla insurgency you decried for Ukraine would be orders of magnitude bigger within Russia.

If the war stopped today, there will already be hundreds of thousands of amputees and otherwise blind and disabled poor people wandering the country or low class refugees in Europe. Drugs & crime will be rife. There will tons of weapons on the streets of European nations and around the world from the Ukrainian Black-market which is quite active today, but unleashed beyond anything else afterwards.

Anyone not demanding our leaders call for peace is only helping the destruction and future issues grow.
