  1. All that’s left for total victory by the new Khmer rouge is to move all the useless people out and kill them.

  2. And yet they still vote Democrat. It doesn’t bode well for Canada. I thought that once it got bad enough here that the people would come to their senses and vote Conservative but this shows that we will have Liberal rule in this country for decades to come and the country will eventually collapse. Bye bye Canada.

    1. When the ignorant voters of CA passed the law that effectively decriminalized shoplifting … they thought they were being c-o-m-p-a-s-s-i-o-n-a-t-e to all those BIPOCS “unjustly” hassled for stealing a box of donuts. They wanted to “fix” the “injustice” of “too many black folk in jail”. And if someone shoplifts … it’s “out of necessity to feed their family”.

Communist slogan after communist slogan was used to SELL this dystopian nightmare. That’s how it works in CA … truly EVIL propositions are sold with happy-sounding LIES. But the “oh so sophisticated” (and ultra progressive) CA voter is too dimwitted to actually THINK things through. What did the CA voter THINK was gonna happen when DA’s effectively, and selectively STOPPED prosecuting misdemeanor (under $950.00) shoplifting charges? And who thought the criminals would STOP at $950.00? Who was gonna estimate the value of each haul by the criminal?

But! Just remember … our guardians of misinformation have declared that “shoplifting wasn’t legalized” under Prop 47.

And no … I did not vote FOR this shit sandwich of a Proposition.

  3. I think there’s more than e-commerce to blame. Love all the cops stationed outside Tiffany & Co.

      1. Indeed. And despite Prop 47’s insanity that is causing retailers to flee deep BLUE cities … none of them are fleeing suburbia. Hmmmm … I wonder why? No. This evacuation of SF Retailers cannot be blamed on e-commerce … or COVID lockdown … or any other convenient excuse.

      2. Indeed. Because the people pushing their luxury beliefs down upon the population in order to score social points within their circle will NEVER feel the consequences of their idiotic, virtue signalling policies.

  4. Institutional capture has more impact on urban culture. Look at how Calgary and Edmonton vote. SF is just slightly more advanced in the decay, followed by the other left coast cities of both countries.

  5. Heh.
More proof humans become more stupid as their density increases..
    Urban population density that is..
    Going mad in herds?
Socialism is an amazing concept, totally believable..if you have no understanding of human nature..
There is a “free lunch ” under every park bench…Or some such.

  6. E commerce is winning. I shop and buy locally as a first choice, but the stores don’t carry as much stock as before so I’m left with buying on line for many things. A downward spiral for retailers.
