Sixty years ago, social conservatives thought that the only people lower than communists were Ayn Rand and her followers. She turned out prescient while they became irrelevant.
The communists in the USSR had a deliberate plan to destabilize the west.
The USSR is gone but the communists remain.
The Marxist profs and journalists in the west didn’t just ‘get religion’ after the Berlin Wall fell. We won the Cold War so we quit fighting. They didn’t quit.
