This Australian women’s PGA is a fairly minor organization, so I’m not sure if this recent gender-confused person could qualify to play on the larger women’s PGA with its global field, but I’m pretty certain their rules and regulations cover this possibility and would be used to ban a biological male from competing.

   At the present time, men at the elite level of world golf are driving the golf ball 280 to 320 yards, women are driving it 240 to 270 (there are a few outliers in both directions). Otherwise skill levels are demonstrably equal. Other than an average differential in weight and height, there is probably no biological reason why women cannot close this gap and drive a golf ball almost as far. When that happens there would be no particular reason to separate professional golfers by gender anyway, so that would effectively end this problem in golf. In other sports, there has not been as much active comparison, in track and field the results speak for themselves, in team sport, it’s hard to predict what would happen but I think most fans would predict a rout for male teams playing female teams. Here again, there’s no hard and fast physical reason why this should always be the case. I would imagine that a world class women’s soccer team would probably be about on the same level as let’s say a first division recreational men’s team, and on any given day, a first division recreational men’s team could give a top level pro team a scare if they had good coaching.

   I think if pro women’s sports groups want to keep gender shifters out, they can probably find ways to word their eligibility requirements to accomplish that goal. If they don’t want to keep them out, they will start losing fan interest and player compliance (and those things can work together, if let’s say the women’s PGA decided they wanted to be woke and allow trans-gendered participation, a lot of the top players would become open to offers to play on some as-of-now hypothetical golf association located outside jurisdictions that would support a woke legal challenge; problem solved for the players but this rival group would have to get TV and fan support to afford to keep the top players happy).

   This is parallel to what’s happening with LIV golf. One of the reasons for LIV golf is that the political culture of the men’s PGA tour is becoming more and more globalist. It’s not the main reason but I’ve noticed that any pros who are friendly with Donald Trump (and the PGA Tour are not) seem to have gone over to LIV already. A bigger reason for LIV getting some pros to switch is guaranteed income for less work. Their schedule is relaxed to say the least, and once you’re on the tour you have a good idea what minimum amount of money you can add to the already lucrative signing bonus. The down side is that you no longer get invited to most prestigious golf tournaments and cannot add to your golf legacy. This probably doesn’t matter that much to golf pros in their 40s who have probably done most of what they were going to do in that regard already. So there’s a bunch of that sort of player on the LIV tour. There is no such animal in women’s golf. Yet. (can’t see the Saudis being the ones to start one up though)

      The best women’s soccer teams in the world practice against, and routinely get beaten by, teams of 15 year old high school boys. So often that this is a meme.
