I guess this is simply one more instance that confirms government sucks. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
The politically collect approach to reporting this story is as follows: 1) ignore it (TV news), or; 2) very short article buried in the back pages (newspapers), if anything, or; 3) blame the apartheid policies of the former white South African government, which was overthrown 28 years ago and replaced by black majority rule.
