I went on record saying that Jeremy McKenzie was a low-life for even joking about raping anyone, let alone the wife of a politician (who has the best chance of retiring the turd).
But I don’t think he was officially charged for that. He’s being held for alleged weapons violations in Sask, and so the way he is being treated throughout this ordeal makes me believe he is a political prisoner. There is no way he should be continued to be held in custody without bail, let alone be kept in solitary in perpetuity.
The following response is not intended as a denouncement of your comment. I respect your position wrt threats intended or made in jest.
However
One, I don’t follow him.
Two, he’s a clown that makes no pretence to be anything other, unlike a certain PM that behaves like a frat boy on spring break under the pretence of being a senior statesman.
Third, clowns make oafish sometimes stupid comments that would make a sailor blush, and in this case, politicians looking for an advantage capitalized on. That does not excuse his comments it just clarifies the context that the comments wrt Poilievre wife had no bearing on Diagolon being no more than a meme and nothing close to what internet Karen’s, liberal pundits, politicians and our journalism betters claimed it was.
The point that was made in the testimony in this video clip is that the reason Trudeau and his cabinet frequently claimed was the reason for invoking the Emergency Act was pure bovine scatology. They took an internet meme and dressed it up as the second coming of the klan as one of the justifications for punishing folks that embarrassed PM Leisure Suit Larry.
A claim that is refuted every time that the frat boy beclowns himself all on his own.
