  1. I don’t know why anyone expected anything different? If he is charged and the case moves in to the discovery phase his lawyers will get an unredacted copy. Trump himself may or may not be able to see it.

    1. Trump may not be able to see it???? Good Lord. So much for the ancient common law principle that an accused has the right to face his accusers and hear the evidence against him.

        1. He who cheers on the nice Stasi policemen won’t be cheering when they come calling at midnight at his home…

          1. In the former USSR and its satellite states they used to come between 2 and 4 AM.

        2. “This is nothing new.” Agreed. The systematic harassment of Republicans by the DOJ has become routine.

How many Democrats has the FBI raided in the last few years?

Very slightly off topic – Facebook admits that they were told by the FBI to soft-pedal the Hunter Biden laptop story before the last election because it was “Russian disinformation.” FBI knew they were lying – they had had the laptop for a year at that time.

    2. Police are at your home and announce they have a search warrant, what should you do?
Generally, the police will knock and announce themselves and say they have a search warrant. Because of this, you have the right to ask to see the warrant, and you really should do this. Law enforcement cannot search your home unless they:

      Have your permission
      Have a search warrant
If a warrant is present you should look at it so that it has the proper information. This would include:

      Your name
      Address
      Judges name
      Date of warrant
Description of what is to be searched and items being searched for
Agency authorized in conducting such a search
If you look at the warrant and notice that it does not have this information it may not be a valid warrant. If the warrant is not valid you do not need to let them in.

Alla S, of course, prefers police state thuggery to justice.

      1. Of course, Trumps lawyer signed the warrant receipt. I don’t see anyone disputing the legality of the warrant itself.

        1. Well Allan government lover, needer, and likely worker, the affadavit appears not to allege any punishable crime, that could be a problem.

      2. If you’re not home, they will rip the door off its hinges with a battering ram and tear the place apart.
If they find nothing, you still get to pay for the damage.
If it’s a drug raid they won’t do a knock and talk, they will break in regardless if you are up or not.
And ya, they like the early morning, the better to catch you off guard.

    3. BUT, how will anybody be able to be certain that the “de-redacted” version is a TRUE copy?

Or even that the “original” is genuine?

  2. MSM : “First name”? ….”Last name”?
    Affidavit: “Nothing”….. “Burger”

A few days ago, I commented that this not-thing would have just enough meat on the bone to give MSM lots of speculation room which will be continuing until midterms with the biggest chunk of nothingness kept to be released about a week or so before polls open…

…After 4~5 years of continuous Trump hunting season I formally release a big fat YAWN!

    1. When I first read that, I was going to ask when Sandy Berger changed his name to “Nothing”

  4. I’m getting really pissed at the LiberNazis.

And at all the women who voted for them.

I’m seriously thinking of going nuclear and withholding sex, I’m so upset.

  5. The stupidity with approaching this as a crime is that the offenses require mens rea (a guilty mind) and that Trump did not pack any of the boxes and likely had no clue what was in most of them. The FBI won’t even be able to convict the junior White House clerk that actually packed the boxes. I’m sure all the top secret material relates to crooked FBI shenanigans. That’s why the FBI were so eager to seize it despite Trump having declassified it.

  6. The FBI must be uprooted.

    Its personnel should be discharged.

Its assets should be sold off or burnt. It’s files should be opened for all to read, but all photos should be burned.

Its offices should be converted into warehouses, lofts, or retail space.

Its training grounds and academies should be plowed under, and the land they occupies should be salted or left to wild.

It’s monuments should be crushed into gravel, then thrown into the sea.

Let it be as if it had never been, and let it never be spoken about again, except with disgust and disdain.

  7. was there a printed copy of hunter bidens laptop . with peen pics deleted of course

    or hills emails

bill and hill , bambam , xiden and kamala are all silent as whores in church right now.

    1. The best coverage of Hunter’s laptop is at Daily Mail in the U.K.

U.S. media is too cowardly to print the stuff.

  8. So much for the rule of law, and the ability of elected officials to actually find out what our law enforcement agencies are up to.
When the FBI can laugh at the senators requesting transparency, the law has gone fully rogue.
Not that this is news to anybody here.

    1. At least it is somewhat newish in the US, the Mounties have been corrupt for generations, they are just sleazier, slimier human garbage than before.

  9. Lawyer David Anber – featured here during the Convoy – ran afoul of the law society by using software from Australia to redact the redaction in provided Disclosure – apparently that’s a huge no-no – although understandable in providing the best defense he can for his client(s).

  10. Hasn’t president already been set for handling the documents and what the punishment for the miss handling of documents is?

I believe, “he didn’t mean to break the law”, is established case law at this point

Also “what difference does it make”, Is also established precedent

  11. It’s the little things… So as a former clerk/secretary, I am offended at the bad quality of the printout and scan, and hence of the PDF document.

What kind of freaking incompetents are working there? This is basic office equipment!!

  12. “Nice deflection.”

From what? From the fact that they have NOTHING (again)?

    This is beyond embarrassing now.
