  1. Pierre, Pierre, Pierre!

Take off your bunny suit. Start using words that properly describe Joostaihn. Traitor, dictator, banana Republic, cartel, Beijing’s boy, etc.

          1. If the CPC is serious about exclusionary measures towards the WEF, why wait.

Review your party Constitution, loyalties lay elsewhere. Kick them out and prepare to run candidates in their place.

Right now, the number of votes you have doesn’t matter thanks to Jagmeet and Ives…

Why aren’t the Conservatives going after Trudeau more aggressively? Not trying to pick a fight with CPC members, just trying to figure out the limp approach.

            Is it:
            Fear of the legacy media?
            O’toole leftovers/WEF influence?
            Campaigning is priority?
            Summer break is literal?

Well, I don’t think thats “possible” to prove. But I have a few real issues with the CONS: They Say all the “right” things on the campaign trail..and as soon as they’re elected they either STFU forever as they make very Sharp Left turns.

          Just look at the legacy.

Harper..?? Coulda – Shoulda…. & did SFA + he added the Bank Bail BS
Scheer the STEER..?? 100% Climatard Ass kissing Lefty ala WEF
          OSTOOL: see above.

Now you’re gonna tell me that Pierre is all by his loneself gonna rein in the Paris accord lovers, the WEF sycophants & other assorted Lefty garbage in the party…??

Buddy is correct in calling the LIBS-CONS the UNIPARTY….the past 2.5 yrs PROVES THAT Beyond a Shadow of a Doubt. Not one of the 338 overpaid ASSHOLES had the courage to say a goddamned thing.

To Hell with this country of DEBASED Human GARBAGE: From the Lower MAOland of BC & anything East of the mb border.

          WEXIT and damned soon.

  2. Where I long ago wrote off the CPC, I will at least give Poilievre the chance to back up his big words before I write him off, too.

Seriously, as a Canadian conservative, the term “Beggars can’t be Choosers.” comes immediately to mind when I consider supporting Poilievre. I don’t know about you, but I don’t see a Canadian Trump anywhere in our near future, Bernier and Poilievre are all we’ve got, and probably all we’re going to get.

    1. And seeing as how three terms of Trudeau hasn’t been enough to spur Western independence (still think it will happen, starting when Texas splits from the US), we better start looking at our least worst if not best available options. I like Max but the PPC just hasn’t gained enough traction.

      1. Maxime Bernier
        @MaximeBernier

        The geniuses at @CPC_HQ
deleted that tweet. They can’t even make up their mind if they want Trudeau to stay in power “to help Canadians” longer or not! Here it is

        Maxime Bernier
        @MaximeBernier

Poilievre ignores the political context. Tamara is NOT a criminal but a political prisoner because Trudeau with his bought off fake media portrayed a peaceful protest as a dangerous insurrection by fringe racists and invoked the EA. The justice system doesn’t work in a vacuum.

        https://mobile.twitter.com/MaximeBernier/status/1550113670629171200?cxt=HHwWgIChtfWKjoMrAAAA

        1. Yep…he waffled.
So he is after Toronto votes, at the expense of taking a stand on Tamara Lich, and James Topp.
I received my ballot. I was waiting to see if PP would persuade me. That wafflling on Tamara clinched it for me.
Roman Baber has my vote. If Baber does not do well with the CPC, my hope is that he will join Max if we have an election.

    2. We don’t need a Canadian Trump, we need a Canadian Pinochet at this point.

  3. I don’t wake up mornings wishing they’d expand Toronto Island Airport. It’s kind of a chicken shit issue in my opinion. Pearson is totally fixable and can run like a Swiss watch if Liberals aren’t around to eff it up. Besides, we have more important things to worry about than the travel inconveniences one encounters in a Liberal stronghold.

  4. Is it just me, or do PP’s videos remind you of Rick Mercer’s rants? Never could stand those.

    1. He does seems slightly off on the issues that need to be addressed and picking crap that isn’t important.
Addressing errors that people were sucked into and even himself with that Bitcoin endorsement of a scam that nobody could understand what it really was about. Just that people made money until it crashed with many ruined as a very few enriched themselves further.

  5. Don’t let perfection be the enemy of good.
I’m not going to comment on whether or not Pierre Poilievre is the right choice for leader/PM.
What I will say is that he is smart, articulate, a very able communicator, comfortable in front of a crowd/camera and exudes a down home middle class folksy aura.
    Is it sincere?
    Only time will tell.
Many seem to think that he didn’t do enough for the truckers in February, though what they fail to realize is that in a country as fractured and juvenile as Canada and with an hostile media, an aspiring candidate can’t afford to be pegged into the ‘extremist’ hole of the spectrum.
Mainstream Canadians are always looking for a way to disavow their civic responsibility for what’s in their country’s best interests ….. for what’s in it for themselves.

Best to not give them or the opposition too much ammo to convince them to take the easy path.

    1. “Don’t let perfection be the enemy of good.” When we lived in Ottawa, eons ago, we’d often listen to Lowell Green on the car radio; he’d often say (to the effect of) Conservatives want a saint while Liberals want a ‘winner’.

Similarly, in the States, people would say “Trump’s this, Trump’s that” – I don’t give a shit, I want someone who gets results.

    2. Obama was a great communicator, but his words were poison to the people of principle and who live and breathe the freedom that the Constitution was designed to provide; the road to that freedom.

PP is a good communicator, but he is proving to the small “C’s” that he has handlers (Baird the Turdburgler) and they keep Pierre on message, walking the fence. These fence walkers and sitters have proven over and again to move left rather than be deliberate and move to the right. Seems to be a function not a glitch.

        1. I notice you don’t name those “campaign managers” who you claim are WEF members. That doesn’t seem to be true.

Poilievre says (in the embedded video) that he’s against the WEF and, unlike Bernier, he has never been to Davos.

Poilievre’s spouse, Anaida Poilievre, is heard explaining that the reason her husband’s name appeared on the WEF’s website was because the WEF had re-published an article written by Poilievre.

          https://pressprogress.ca/video-shows-pierre-poilievre-linking-maxime-bernier-to-global-organization-tied-to-far-right-conspiracies/

  6. Good ad. The problem isn’t the airport, the problem is the gatekeepers and government stupidity.

And if the Liberals are going to run Blackie all over the country campaigning then we can campaign too. Put up signs in the airport blaming Liberal voters for the mess. Write it on the bathroom walls and on the toilet seat.

    1. Quite true.

Justin is a symptom of larger political rot. The voters are worse.

  7. Scheer >> O’Toole >> PP … it’s almost like someone is tweaking their product to get it into the acceptable range of consumers … but make no mistake it’s still the WEF’s product.

And on the BitCoin thing, I think he was using an easily understood colloquialism for “digital money”, I’d parse what he was saying about BitCoin as meaning he fully supports Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) – the money with an “off” switch. That’s what the WEF wants and PP is tongue swirling it.

    1. Digital money is another concept racked full of problems of needing electricity, servers, programming, computers, tons of computer software equipment with much more digital chips, multitude of businesses integrated including all government services and agencies…
I really don’t see it working as it’s racked full of the same problems as switching over to Electric Vehicles at this late in our societies development. Our infrastructure is old and our politicians hate maintenance and makes it another person’s problem.
It is also why globalization is a failure…poor quality…

  8. Got to say this about that.
I’m mailing my vote for Poilievre, my second choice is Lewis.

You see there is no one that is a perfect man or a woman. Some may come close thought even those are light years from perfection.
That being as it may, Poilievre with all his faults is a choice that one can even if reluctantly make. Got to add that I’m not reluctant at all.
As for the WEF thing, thinking here that sometimes you got to visit the vipers’ nest to see what’s the deal. His head guy is altogether another story, though as it is he is not running.
As for the vax thing, Poilievre actually said that he would end the mandate.

Heh, this is not to attack anyone with other positions, it just seems that if you want a perfect candidate, perhaps you should pick up the standard and run. Any other way you will never get what you want.

The thing is that in the freedom of conservative mind there are pro’s and con’s, you just have to weigh it out to see if you’re yes or no.

    1. I haven’t seen my ballot yet.
Maybe the Marxist postal workers threw it in the garbage.

    2. Sounds like you’re describing the hopes and dreams we had for conservative Doug Ford, only to see him on TV looking like a VietNam POW reading propaganda for the cameras and doing exactly what the leftists wanted him to do…probably PP’s future too if he ever becomes PM.

      1. There are no dreams involved.
There is no hope, it got stuck in the Pandora’s box.
        Yesterday is history.
        Tomorrow is a promissory note.

So you’re stuck to deal with the reality as it is now.

    3. “Got to say this about that.
I’m mailing my vote for Poilievre, my second choice is Lewis.”

Exactly what the both of us did. (With Charest last…..but not last enough in our opinion.)

      1. Yep, we did almost the same
        1. PP
        2. LL
        3. RB
There were no other legitimate candidates as far as we were concerned so we left them out.

  9. PP can’t win without being middle-right, but more middle because the goal posts constantly march to the left and there is no end in sight.
Canada is becoming a communist country.
The vasty majority of the voters and their ignorant children want the government in charge of everything and they happily include themselves because they’re so patently useless.
Commies don’t vote for soft “right” people like PP.
The cult of Max, proper libertarians and bona fide conservatives might equal 15% of the total population.
    Resistance is futile.
You dummies out west can’t even separate.

@PierrePoilievre has effectively lied to close to half a million people in answering the way he did. On the most important question in the history of questions in this country.

      As predicted. While meeting
@PierrePoilievre I asked him one extremely important question. As the prospective leader of the @CPC_HQ
and, as advertised, Prime Minister, how can he possibly not know what the UN agenda or SDG’s are?

      Seriously. He does.

      He just can’t answer.

      Video

      https://mobile.twitter.com/MarkFriesen08/status/1531876065206931456

      1. Friesen: Have you denounced the UN Sustainable Development Agenda, the SDGs?
(The SDGs [Sustainable Development Goals] were set up in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly (UN-GA) and are intended to be achieved by 2030.)

Friesen then pulls a bait-and-switch by posting a screenshot of Poilievre voting ‘yes’ on Bill C-57, an Act to amend the Canadian Federal Sustainability Development Act.

These are two entirely different things.

        1. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a utopian UN plan to eliminate poverty, hunger, health problems etc.

        2. The Federal Sustainability Development Act is a 2008 Canadian law that supposedly makes environmental decision-making more transparent and accountable to Parliament. The screenshot shows Poilievre voting on a 2017 amendment, to the Act, not the Act itself.

Whether it was good to vote yes on Bill C-57 or not, Friesen is being incredibly dishonest to conflate the two things. What a jerk.

  10. On the airport, they approved and built a tunnel so they could refuse them expanding it.
I used to live 5 minutes from Pearson and the island airport was a dream comparatively.
On PP. Ever heard of the expression “you leave me no other choice”? Just get these f***ers out.

  11. Got my CPC Ballot ballot Today.

    1st Choice: Roman Barber
    2nd Choice: Leslyn Lewis
    3rd Choice: Pierre

    The rest are garbage..

    1. 1st Choice: Leslyn Lewis
      2nd Choice: maybe Roman Barber
3rd Choice: not sure of that PierreWef guy

  12. And here we go again. Maxipads take a break from pleasuring Pootin to dump on PP.

    1. The fact is, Colon, an endorsement from the likes of you is the logical equivalent of an endorsement from Moslem Rage Boy, or Adolph.

  13. Wealthy socialists got sweetheart deals to live in their cottages on the Island.

Thanks to the NDP they got 99 year leases. And the only thing that disturbs them is the airport.

The city should bulldoze their homes and sell the land, the millions could be used to expand the airport.

    1. Your telling me.
I did a job for one of them on the Island at their ” cottage “.
Was a VP at the Royal Bank.
