  1. Rebel News’s SGR has been reporting on this for the past few months. There are several videos explaining the background to the story.

    1. So here is how I see it. The covid gestapo, under the pretense of public health, wants to see if the Church congregation is following the “rules.” But in order for the covid gestapo to check if the church is following the arbitrary mandates they have to violate other laws and rights. Whether it is deliberate or not, and I think it is deliberate at some level, the state is undermining freedom of religion and conscience. The state is using the threat of death and a global pandemic to justify the violation of rights and freedoms which are supposed to be protected under charter and constitution. People like Jason Kenney are fond of saying that no one is above the law and I agree except that Kenney fails to recognize that the politicians and government are the ones breaking the highest laws of the land. Government can make law but they can’t go around breaking laws either. Nor can they make laws that break charter rights or constitutionally protected freedoms etc. That is where we are at but I don’t think we are making the point clearly. The government is NOT above the law!!! And the basic individual rights and freedoms of the individual should be unassailable. But in this stupid nation Canaduh we have left the door unlocked and un-latched. The post modern social progressives just walked right in and then wiped its muddy boots all over your living room carpet. Now they want to kick you out of your house and say you can’t live in your own home anymore – this is a metaphor.
      The principles that should be guiding our politicians, government, and society have evaporated because the culture is unprincipled, vacuous, irrational, and immoral. Any questions?

    Did the PHO provide proof of negative PCR tests to the pastor on the days in question?

When you allow fascist criminals beholden to foreign oligarchs to run your Government they will vandalize and corrupt everything they touch… the “justice system” is the perfect example of the Liberal party spreading their, “culture of corruption” . This Liberal/NDP operative disguised as a judge is yet another example of this moral and ethical decay.

    Not one “Court” or one “Judge” has stood up to the Liberal/NDP/Con fascism, not one has upheld the Turdhole Charter as beacon of “freedom and rights”, not one has stood up for the most basic of human rights, the right to protest, not one.

    These christians are being punished for being Christians, first by a corrupt rogue Government ignoring the “Constitution” and then by a corrupt Judge in a corrupt Judicial system in a hopelessly lawless and corrupt Post Nation State.

    These Christians are “guaranteed ” religious freedom against corrupt Governance and a corrupt judicial system, until the corrupt Government and the corrupt judiciary decide that Christians no longer have any rights or protections from State imposed terrorism.

    Is there a more corrupt repugnant french speaking colony then Canada ?

    Cuba North, but more authoritarian and more corrupt.

  4. Neat trick by the police…if you caught it. Police require a warrant to enter the church on official business. However, Canada’s laws allow a health inspector to enter whenever they want to conduct an investigation. So, the police just had a health inspector along to ride shotgun so they had direct access without application of any of your annoying little rights.

    That seems like a little loophole that needs to be tightened up a bit.

    2. And because we don’t have a 4th Amendment, once the police are inside anything they “see” or “find” that might “reasonably lead the officer to believe a crime had been or was likely to be committed” is fair game.

  7. Funny, but while tooling around Edmonton during the lockdown, all of the mosques had full parking lots. Moreso during “Friday prayers”. Of course none of the media reported on this, nor were the police / health inspector concerned about the head down, ass up, point to Mecca liberal voting block. The liberals are nothing but master crafters of wedge issues: gun totin’, pickup driving fundamentalist Christians are evil and must be vilified.

    1. A friend is a Calgary cop.
      He was disgusted – they were sent to do surveillance on Christian churches (of the evangelical, Bible believing type) but no one was ever assigned to a mosque or any other group.
      I predict a pile-on of my friend here, but my main point is that the upper echelons of the police (& possibly city?) were deliberately targeting only Christian churches. Let’s pile the bulk of the ire there, shall we?

    However, the court ruled that breach can be overruled by Section 1 of the Charter, which says rights can be limited if they are shown to be reasonable in a democratic society.”

    2. Section 1 of the charter invalidates/nullifies everything that comes after it!

      “guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.”

      “Reasonable Limits prescribed by law” is the catch all, what reason, by whom?

      A real charter or bill of rights has the limitations placed on the GOVERNMENT, ours has it placed on US by The GOVERNMENT!

  9. Yest strangely every mosque in Canada had a full parking lot every Friday. But I never did hear about the covid nazi’s charging into one of those places.

  13. Not surprised, our Just-Us system always favors the government over the rights of the people-that changes when we start firing them and demanding they get elected onto the bench. In Canada Christians are being targeted, but it’s okay to go to Cosco and Walmart and shop until you drop but nurishing the soul is an apparent crime. Appeal on the grounds that physical distancing and masking was not based on factual science but political science. Challenge those fools in public health that pulled absolute nonsense out of their arses and forced us to go along with their opinions not factual science.

    The end-game is to push one or more people over the edge so the actual sociopaths have a justification for stuffing the cattle trucks.
