Daily Mail- Huge surge in demand for hepatitis C test after it emerged 1,700 who caught it in blood transfusion scandal have not been diagnosed

According to the Hepatitis C Trust, those people are in addition to the other 27,000 who caught it when they were given contaminated blood from the 1970s until 1991 – in what is widely regarded as the biggest treatment disaster in NHS history.

The BBC has reported that 12,800 people in England have requested NHS home-testing kits in just over a week, compared with 2,300 in the entire month of April.

  1. Infected blood scandal ‘not an accident’, with ‘catalogue of failures’ and ‘downright deception’ by NHS and governments
Department of Health workers “deliberately” destroyed documents, which amounts to a “pervasive cover-up”, says inquiry chair Sir Brian Langstaff.

That’s from Sky News – “Top Story” today, not some “Tinfoil Hat Conspiracy Theorist” on ‘t Interwebs.

How long till the dam breaks about the “Safe & Effective” jabs?

  2. An additional issue on Hep C is that the youngest generations seem to think getting tattoos over most of their body is reflective of sound judgement. The increase in popularity has led to increased “tattoo vendors” (a good number which are suspect when it comes to needle sterility). Hence, the spike in Hep C cases worldwide.

The irony of this is kind of funny since various left leaning communities opened up that “free drugs and needles” program to limit such a disease and it spiked anyway because people aren’t just stupid. They are REALLY stupid.
