You know, now that your local therapist or pastor can help someone transition into this destructive suicidal mindset, but it is illegal to help them transition out, even if they beg for your help.

These are not my words I borrow them. I believe they strike to the heart of the damage we do by feeding into this delusion.
The best example of feeding a delusion that rejects a physical reality is a teenage girl with anorexia.
Would the compassionate approach be to accept at face value that despite her emaciated appearance if she FEELS fat, she IS fat, and provide surgical procedures to help her become less fat?
Would the supportive and right thing be to call her a blimp and tell her she is gross, say liposuction will help her feel more confident?
Or would they be morally and ethically kinder to help her understand that feelings sometimes mislead us, she is not fat, and help her learn a healthy way to cope with her feelings?
Now do sexual dysphoria.
What everyone should take away from this is that it’s simply not possible to transform a man into a woman or vice versa. Mutilation is not transformation.
Doctors who do these things to people are practicing frankenscience and pseudoscience that has absolutely no grounding in reality.
The 1 in 5 statistic is low, being closer to 40%. And it isn’t because their existence is being denied, it’s because having all those renovations didn’t solve their fundamental problems.
But looking at it from that perspective means that being an I, Napoleonist means being mentally ill and that, of course, is “stigmatizing”.
