Patrick Brown has cancelled today’s Brampton Council meeting. Facing investigations by the CPC for possible violations of federal election laws (which led to his disqualification) & forensic investigations inside City Hall, he has shut down council for a month.

I mean, this is Trudeau cabinet level stuff.

      The real question is , why were they supporting him in the first place. He was kicked out of the leadership spot for the Ontario Cucks for a reason. And that reason was not because he was a good conservative .

        I’m not too sure why they would support him. I can understand why some would support Charest – its a terrible decision, but I get it.

        I don’t understand the support for Brown at all.

        2. Charest is way better than Brown. Charest is more Blue Liberal than Red Tory and BL >>>> RT any day. Charest was as good of a governor of Quebec as you could expect. Did more to cut spending than Poilivier.

          Brown should never have been allowed to run. Between his pompous, harrumphing NP editorial a few days back and the wildly irresponsible downright Trumpian claims of this all being a Poilivierre plot, this guy is right out of central casting. You can’t make this jerk up if you wanted to.

    Of course the typical clueless Brampton resident would never ask – “Hmmm…umpteen cars parked at a 5000 seat arena on certain mornings and at the height of a pandemic lockdown. Golly, I wonder what’s going on in there?”

      I wondered whether it was the old arena , or the new complex. If the new complex, that is quite large, and a few cars there would not be out of place, as maintenance, and such. I used to plow the parking lot there, and there was always cars there, whether open to public or not.
