The Sad Reality of Trudeaupia

This was indirectly linked to earlier by one of my colleagues here on SDA but deserves a post of its own:

  1. So if you actually believe that there is a pandemic the sensible thing to do is to contain large numbers of people in a small area for many hours. Genius I say Genius! Oh I stand corrected- science!

  2. Butbutbutbutbut Dear Leader (may he live forever!) is toiling–toiling, I tell you!–to keep each and every one of us safe. And this is how we repay him!

As far as other airports are concerned, Edmonton’s wins no prizes with me. The check-in security staff are excessively intrusive and often very rude.

    1. People from Rupertsland should know better.

The person who expects restraint or politeness from civil service security staff, generosity from a banker, efficient flexibility from a government agency or open-mindedness from a religious institution will be disappointed. The poor fool might as quickly discover love among the mantises. (Thanks to Jack Vance)

      1. I got a “we’re trying to keep you safe” response from someone at the Edmonton International Airport when she was being particularly nosy about what I had packed.

I always took my old mechanical phone list with me as I often had people to contact when I was in Fort St. John. The kiddies who’re the “guardians” don’t know what one of those is and, of course, I was subject to additional inspection.

The last time that happened, I suggested that they spend more time with their grandparents, who, possibly, might still have one.

  3. Memo to everyone. The unvaxxed are the only really healthy people in the world. The are no “vaccines” for the non-existent “covid”. Gene therapy is not a “vaccine” no matter who changed the definition.

  4. Good use of language appropriation.
    Cue the scene from Patton.
    “I read you’re damn book”
    It’s Toronto’s airport, not Pearson’s.

At this rate it doesn’t matter if he becomes OLO or PM. He’s doing damage to the liberals branding.

    1. Here’s a better one!

As Canada’s disgusting, dishonest Media gets its panties in a knot over the LIV Golf”Sportswashing”, may I suggest a more appropriate use?

How about “Politicalwashing” to describe how the Canadian Media has sold out Canadians for 30 pieces of Librano silver.

If Canadians had any balls at all, and we know they don’t; every Canadian Media outlet would be festooned with appropriate accusatory signage, accompanied by thousands of Canadians displaying their anger at the constant lies.

But cowards they be, and slavery is the choice they made for their children.

Is there anything more pitiable and cowardly than today’s Canadian?

      I say no.

  5. I just don’t see how Blackie McBlackface is going anywhere.

Think he’s giving up the luxury he lives in?
Think he’s giving up all those flights around the country and the world?
Think he’s sitting at home writing a memoir or playing with his three doltish children?
Think he’s giving up the limelight, the fawning press and the stupid-ass women who fawn and gush for his micro-dick?
Think he’s giving up his 24-7-365 armed guard?
Think the inflated bureaucracy, the millions of immigrants, the gravy-train of corruption is suddenly going to become moral?
Think Telford and the PMO are giving it all up?
He’s crushed all dissent outside and within the party.

It will take a putsch to get him out.

    1. I don’t think it was Trudeau that is running things, he’s just not that smart.
Yes it will take putsch to get him out because he’s the perfect puppet, but shine has come off. I expect him to be yanked by his controllers and they will install Freeland. And she is worse.
I expect Jagmeet to suffer the same fate, the NDP grass roots will demand a leadership review.

      1. They want Marc Carney in. If Freeland gets in, she’ll be the seat warmer. Keep your eye on which pols went to Oxford. That’s Freeland and Carney. And Carney is Mr. Central Banker, so he’ll be number 1 and she number 2 unless its politically expedient to reverse the order for awhile.

        1. You nailed it. She has the ass to heat warm the whole bench btw. Its Carney next the evil globalist.

      1. Martin just realizing this now?
Is he being brave to speak up?
Or already on his way out ?

  6. Yup, sit on an airplane , masked, then food is served , and masks are hard to show food through, so they come off. The stupidity is si thick it hurts.
Paris airport, no masks and move around freely, Ditto Amsterdam, and Helsinki. Honk Honk!

    1. Last flight I took I was sipping beer and eating as slowly as possible. I probably had the cuck mask off more than half the time. At least in BC you don’t need to wear it in the terminal.

    2. COVID is the most intelligent organism in the universe. It knows not to infect when you’re eating. Stop eating and it’s “let’s go baby!” (sarc.)

Calgary airport, many are defying the Fuhrer’s orders to wear masks. Calgary LRT, no one is wearing face diapers despite GoneBitch’s dictatat.

  7. Canada is replacing Albania as the last-in-the-world, fossilized clinger to outworn theories.

    1. The CPC aren’t going to say a thing about guns, lest they lose votes. If elected, they will keep that file on the back burner, while using it to solicit donations.
They will never make any substantial changes to the Firearms Act. They never even attempted to do so when Harper had his majority. The most they allowed was a couple of private members bills, which were weak sauce at best, but no gov’t sponsored bill was ever started, probably because they’d made no attempt to write the legislation.
Harper promised his gov’t would re-write the FA. Harper lied. Successive CPC pols are even weaker than Harper: Scheer, and O’Toole, and almost certainly Poilievre.
There will be no cavalry arriving for the Canadian gun owner.

Well said, and absolutely true. I was incredibly disappointed in Stephen Harper for his broken promise to crap Bill C68.

        Cowards, every one of them.

  8. You can only hide stupidity so long before reality catches up. The other stupid stuff the liberals are doing hasn’t come home to roost yet, but it will.

      1. Agreed. Especially the ones in my extended family, my respect for them is rock bottom.

  9. You may want to wait for the iconic Godot.
    ie…

    1. A majority Conservative government.
    2. A majority Conservative government that will:

    1. Reverse ANY Liberal policy
    2. Govern like an actual Conservative Party
    3. Make real and substantive changes to the “Liberal” or “Lose It” culture that has infested Canada
    4. Use the Harper Government as an example of real opportunity lost

More likely the Twelfth of Never comes first.

  10. The sad reality of Trudeaupia was posted in the comments by Dave a couple of days ago: 338 MPs, and not one of them stood for your Freedoms.
